BTC or ETH in 2018

Maybe btc will remain to be No.1 and eth No.2 in 2018.
As we can see, most of the time, the prices of altcoins (including ethereum) is correlated to the price of bitcoin.

We can never tell who will be on top. It is undeniable that BTC dropped its value hard on the pavement but still its strong compared to ETH. ETH might be behind BTC but it also moves stronger than any other coin. I think by the end of 2018. BTC still would top on its ranking claiming the number 1 spot. After all it is the mother of all coins. If ETH would surpass BTC maybe not this time. It would take sometime to pass it.

Yes, your forecast will be correct unless any serious news is published. For example, a scandal with Tether can very much bring down the price of bitcoin. Of course, I hope for a successful settlement of this situation, but anything can happen.

Early this year we have seen how etherium showed  sudden increase in price. Though it shows also sudden declination this time we are still on high expectation that it will once again hit the market once issues were already fixed. Hopefully we would see etherium at least 5,000$ mark before the year end. I been holding etherium for a long time and luckily, Ive already gain good amount profit from my investment. During this season I also take the opportunity to buy more etherium.

On the other hand, bitcoin would still be the king and were expecting that it will actually reach the 50,000$ mark within the year. There is ni denying that most coin shares the same track bitcoin, once it drop, alts also drop. Lets hope that the demand will continue to increase, after all it has already gain the demand it has needed.

Each holds its own, id say just like just like this gentleman, only difference is keep in mind BTC potential to tank even at its current price. so i say be more ETH dominant and play around with BTC since its so damn volatile.

Answering the question or reaching a certain thouht is almost hard here. The conditions are very dynamic and it's not easy to figure out which one will be better in 2018, bitcoin or ethereum.

In my opinion btc is btc,even after few years but ethereum is very strong and will grow till 2k$ for sure but I see also another good coin like eth-its  eos with is more faster and keep the best what have eth,this year may be year of eth but not for long term

2018 is the year of both Ethereum and bitcoin. Ethereum has great prospects for growth with the release of Plasma. And bitcoin with LN. Both coins should be kept in your briefcase.

As I think 2018 is the year of ETH. It's not only my oppinion.
A great number of guru of the financial world think so.
The reason for it is aggressive grow of the coin. The platform of ETH is interested practically by all the spheres of our everyday life:  health care, finance and so on.

The two coins will be more and more popular in 2018. in relation to market prices. Bitcoin will stay in the top one. The appearance of NEO will be a competitor For Ethereum this year. But I still believe in two coins that is King of the Crypto World is BITCOIN and King of Altcoin Namely ETHEREUM.
