there are too many project working about Insurance for the Unbanked and Cryptoassets. but PAL already have some delayed from start on listing their tokens.
so i though it will be not good for ICO participants as price will be drop alot on Qrypto this is not good exchange to start with, very low volume.

Read the news in their Telegram chanel. they will start with min 2 exchanges and will be added more. Delayed unlock tokens because of bear market and investors request. this made Icon as well (delayed). Dear PolicyPal Network community,
We love our community and have been acting on your feedback such as airdrop and bounty delay as well as logo revision. We also heard your feedback on unlocking the tokens asap, despite the fact that we are going through a bear market now, as many of you are aware of.
As the CEO of PolicyPal Network, I have been working on revamping the insurance industry for the past 2 years and I am truly passionate to solve the issues in this industry. I strongly believe in my team and we are on track with our product development.
Apart from Qryptos which has been the first to support our token listing, we have also submitted listing applications to several other preferred exchanges which are still reviewing our applications. We are planning a dual listing of PAL tokens. Until we have secured a 2nd exchange to list PAL, we will hold off on listing on a single platform. As mentioned, unlocking of tokens will happen 3 days before the first listing.

So now bounties are full locked until policyapl gets 2 good exchanges ? is this fair to them
The team made the right and fair decision. Investors are more important than bounty. But do not forget that the team does not refuse to pay the tokens bounty! Not sure why you think that one group is more important than the other. Don't you think they play better hand in hand than divided? Don't you want people to promote the project you invested in? You have a pretty weird opinion. Marketing comes at a cost, and it doesn't matter who receives the money as long as the job has been done. I took part in bounty and invested as well. And dont see any problem in this. And even I keep my eyes and support this project now, when bounty finished, because I just like and believe in my investments and team.  And more - I said already. Bounty cant any affect for price, because overall bounty pool was very small here.
