They raised $3.6M at the moment and I'm sure that it's a great result for the first stage of ICO with such a low personal caps (1200 Euro). It means that there are more than 3000 real contributors so far.

I don't think so, everything is going well, today is only the first day of the token sale event and already 25% raised, i can assume that the ICO may be finished even earlier than they planed. And 15 mlns is a completely real and possible sum for such project.

I wouldn't call less than 15 mil EUR too much with a 3 phase project. The personal limit is only 1200 EUR, around 3500 people contributed in half day which is great, I think it's obvious that hard cap will be reached tomorrow with 25K EUR limit.

No you didn't, since personal cap is lower than 34 000 EFX. You can buy more tho (up to 25 000 EUR), after the first stage is over, which ends in about 12 hours.

It's not slow at all, the 1200 EUR personal cap was pretty small, almost 10 mil EUR raised in a bit more than a day is great in this bearish market.
