how was bounty pool effected by the fact that the ICO ended early and didnt reach hardcap?

Bounty was 1.5% of total sold tokens, and since ICO has ended early raising 74.49% of hard cap it means the bounty budget is 7 292 025 EFX tokens (worth around $330k right now on Switcheo). The final spreadsheet with all stakes counted was just released, and the distribution of bounty rewards is set to 1st June.

I have to add that it was one of the best bounty campaign I've ever participated, really well managed. Cheers to all participants and the team!

Even though there are some good airdrops coming for holding EFX as well as the team is doing well, the market is crashing over us. I have belief in Neo platform coins and hopefully, we will see some upwards trend soon.
