i think i can try to interpret it as such: since EFX is available at galaxypool, requestors can purchase the EFX from there until the galaxypool drained out. until then, the rate of EFX would remain same. is this the correct interpretation?

Bull run will start in Nov when Bakkt exchange is launched. Until then we may see minor price fluctuations. Prices might further go down on Sept 30 when Bitcoin Cboe ETF is postponed/rejected.
