How desperate for money must someone be, who is thankful for a total value of $0.005 in daily maximum withdrawal from a site where he might have spent HOURS on making claims?

Hasn't it been absolutely clear from start that these promises couldn't be true, because the excuses were obvious lies? I mean he says he cannot refill the faucets, because he cannot get coins converted at FH. But there's one coin that doesn't require any conversion, so if everything is empty, at the very least BTC should be always full as long as he has any funds at all and if he had any intention of allowing his users to withdraw all they have accumulated, the withdraw limit on BTC wouldn't be 2000 Satoshi per day, there wouldn't be any limit on that one.

Just want to add that FH is not exactly the only place where you can convert coins given that the exchange on FH is one of the worst around. Whoever runs a faucet or a site should put himself in a position to fund his sites from multiple sources. Whatever else given as excuse is just pretending, at least from my point of view

If you're blocked, be happy, prevents you from wasting your time with this site.
But on one point you're right. From the point of view of the site it makes no sense blocking users, not even blocking bots makes any sense, a site that doesn't pay wants as many clicks a possible, no matter how.

Cool, a total value of $0.07 to withdraw. That's called a drop on a hot stone.

I was thinking the same thing lol. This site is always empty on funds. I've stopped using it about a month ago bust check in on it every once in a while and it seems nothing has changed.

Oh, he does pay, roughly once a week an average of $0.05 per user or so. If you're among the lucky ones who are online and check the availability of withdraws before it's dry again, you might get a tiny little bit out.
Question is, what's the use of a site that allows you to make claims for up to $0.50 a day, but then provides withdraws for a max. of $0.05 a week and is it worth your time checking a website like 100 times a week for a net payout of $0.05?
