Hold or Trade - Which is Better?

I go to both of them, if you have some extra money then hold coins that are successful like bitcoins and ethereum or all the other successful altcoins you wanted to invest in. The answer depends on your skill set. Both will make you lots of money. I feel that those who trade crypto's most likely will do well for a while. I also think patience is a must. So many people want to be a crypto millionaire within a year. Well, that could happen if you have enough initial seed money, but most people will not have that much

Holding is a passive way to gain a lot of money and trading is an active way to gain a lot of money and you can do them both if i were you i am gonna do it both for double income. Holding if meant for those coins that are success coins that are famous like ethereum,bitcoin, litecoin and other more. I think you will increase your gains by doing both with different coins. Coins with higher market cap are changing slowly so one can easily keep track of them and trade them more frequently

You can use both methods to generate revenue. If the budget allows, you can divide it for example into 3 parts. 1 part to invest in coins and keep them for a long time. Another part to use for trading. The third part is to invest in prospective tokens at the ICO stage

Due to missive rise in cryptocurrency market in last 1-2 years, we have seen that the HOLD is the best strategy to follow. Trading is risky and requires some experience in past.

HODL is not risk-free either and having some requisite trading knowledge is vital for getting the best out of the strategy as there're  cases of especially those with little or no trading knowledge or experience losing almost 100% of their funds at the end of the day thus defeating the purpose for HODLing. I trade and I also HODL, it all depends on what the market is saying.

I prefer both because if you trade while holding and when you coin pumps you earn and when you loose a trade the coins you hodl saved you because it pumps and you didn't loose any money.

I think holding is safer especially there are more and more red days now, it's better
not to risk everything on whim and just sit it out for a while. Trading is an artform in my
opinion, to know the flow and anticipate what to buy and sell is somewhat a clever strategy and
skill. It demands experience, the risks is twice or thrice more heavier with trading alone. I think both
are genuinely profitable strategies, that if applied with tremendous accuracy and intention will surely bring
nothing less than success and proceeds.

Now that the cryptocurrency market is full of blood, you should not trade at this time, since it is difficult to accurately predict the price of crypto, the only wrong decision is that you will suffer losses. I do not think we should trade at the moment, because the market is red and still falling. The thing we should do is calm down, do not sell off, be patient, hold and wait for the price to rise. But hold or trade is your decision, if you do not believe in crypto anymore, you are afraid to suffer losses, please trade. A good and experienced trader can bitterly know about the time to invest money in bitcoin or to sell it to make money from it. They never missed the right time of investment, they are a good decision. i do not know which is better but i think you can get money easily by hodling. Trading needs more knowledge and skills, technical analyst,... If you wanna become an expert lets trade. if you do not have much time, let's hold

Buying and Holding can give you more profits.  Just buy,  save your private keys,  print it and store to a safe place and forget it. Get it back after 10yrs,  expect a hundred folds profit.

Buying and trading can give you head aches from trading mistakes.

yeah , and holding suggested if you got other job or salary because it takes time and you need money for living!

Hold when market is bullish.
Trade when there is uncertainties. Holding at the market crash will not be a wise idea whereas trading can be profitable at that time.

I think trading is more profitable because you can earn daily in trading but when you hodl you need to wait for it to go up and hope it will go up and not go down.
