As of today i would suggest you to invest only in bitcoin, not to altcoins. Today is your great opportunity to buy bitcoins, while the current price in the market is down. You have a big chance to earn a lot of profits, than to invest in altcoins. Hodling for a long term is one of the best strategies that i want you to know.

I would allocate your budget for 4-5 coins to reduce the risk of loss. For example, IOTA, EOS, Vechain, LTC, ETH

I think that $ 500 is a very small amount to use it for investing in a few coins. Although if a person is a beginner, then for him is quite suitable start-up capital.

Well, in this market to invest especially with$ 500 and nowhere. As an option to try to enter the ICO, but the amount is too small for risk. I think it is better to wait for the bull market and watch undervalued projects. And he'll still come

the option of investment in ICO is best but they don't have knowledge to find good ICO because new members are always scam by ico they always invest in ICO without research on new project and in result scam project scam them and then they are discourage to investment in digital coins. my advise for new member they should invest blindly in bitcoin because bitcoin have high community and in return get high profit on investment.

If you are new to the market, just start with BTC , Eth, or the top 10 listed in coinmarketcap. Then, when you become comfortable with the market invest in other altcoin or promising ICO.

I would have split these $ 500 to buy several different tokens. Especially now the prices in the market have fallen, it is an excellent opportunity to buy now, then to make a profit. I advise you to pay attention to new projects.

I want to invest 500$ in an altcoin, can you help me pick one ??
Make yourself a briefcase of the top 10 coins, and constantly expand it from your savings, it will be the best option not to lose your money.

Friend, today you can buy 1 Ethereum. It costs just $ 500. This is a fairly reliable investment. By the end of the year it should cost more than $ 1,000.
It's an investment for a long time.. But it is reliable.
If you want to make money fast, you need to look for fresh projects. Such as QuarkChain or Fantom.

You should answer this question yourself, after conducting a careful analysis of projects. I recommend paying attention to the REM token (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/remme/). Token has the potential of huge growth and the team has a unique idea.

Yes, I suggest you buy Binance coin (BNB) now. I find its price very stable during the recent storm and the possibility of a very strong increase by the exchange platform itself and the market recovery.

As for me, so $ 500 is too small an amount to invest, but if there is no more money, then buy at the moment ETH or Bitcoin, they just fell in price. Then wait until they start to grow, do not waste time and look for other coins. After the beginning of the growth of Bitcoin and ETH buy those coins that liked.
