For me i suggest HOLD it just be patient sometimes its a tricky way you should believe on your holding coin if it has nice background,sometimes you feel regret if you invest so much money in there but if you are in that situation keep your mind set that it will pump sooner or later.

Your'e right, the value of bitcoins is really decreasing sometimes but it does not mean that your coins will forever be low, it only means that you need to invest because the value is currently low and sell it again when it increases. Buy and selling is always the key to success in market.

i will recommend you to hold altcoins rightnow and wait until we see all coins on the market rise back again, dont think you may need to cut losses, so dont be too rush in selling your coins, patient is required and taking the chance to earn profit in the future.

In my own opinion, holding is the best thing to do if you have a day job so you can wait for your coins to increase at its highest value before selling it, but it will be still depending on your needs or if there's an emergency and you need fiat but the best thing to do is just hold your coins.
