It depends on the invested tokens, if you think that it has potential, you better hold it for a long period of time but if not and you are already doubting, sell it already and invest to other which is having a bigger chance to give you profit. Or moreover, invest to already well established coins in the market to assure earning profit from investing to it.

Indeed we have to be patient because this is the best way of holding a coin and you are not generating sales. In its current state, you are stuck in a down coin price situation. Difficult question.  Most often it is better to hold coins for a long term.  It's less risky.
