If the coin has a potential to grow and to rise in the future, then it is worth the hold. However, if you think that its value keep on dropping, then better sell it and just buy when the price is really secure.

For me if i found out that my tokens are has potential to grow and hit the higher price i would prefer to HOLD. But, i advice you need to study the tokens you have if it is better to sell or hold. Because sometimes if you sell it early then the value of the tokens are getting higher you will regret it just like me it happens to me. Not all tokens are good to hold so you better make study first if it is good to hold or to sell.

It depends on you ut as for me, I believe that it isn't advisable to sell this early. Having more patience is more effective if we all want to earn or gain a good profit out of our investment. If the price of our holding is high , then selling is also the best option. It only depends on the value of our holdings.
