Exactly,  product is the best thing you need to consider while choosing an ICO. Product that can be improve one company like what you example. Don't just easily get attracted in a project. You need to analyze why and how this project have an ICO. Eliminate in your option ICO just only running token sale but in deep no use of coin. New born project in crypto but in real life they have no company at all. High chance become worthless and scam

I don't think a 'never invest in' is in place. More like proper risk assesment when projects do not have a (beta) product and also do not have a clear roadmap leading towards a working product. I mean, ICO is just a crowd funding phase of a project. There are no set requirements. People either believe in the vision or they don't. Having certain things already could mean more people are inclined to trust the project going places.

I'd say. If an upcoming ICO doesn't have a product, make sure you do proper research into the why and when of it....

There are many things to consider before joining ICO projects. Make sure first that the project is realistic, the team is a trusted developer, its partner media is profitable, and its market reach is wide. Join ICO is a high risk, so be selective, do not all in all funds only in one project.

Your suggestion is very good, new people should learn from your lessons, I suggest that novices should not be too greedy to choose some risky projects, I hope to help you.

I’m agree about it because you should invest to earn income or profit in ICOs that can help you sustain your needs and wants as a person.

I think we need to read every whitepaper. There is clearly written in detail each step and mission of the project objectives.

Some no-product ICOs can be worth investing, it is a question of taking the time to know the team and see if they are really personally interested and aligned with it.

As I see now it's very popular to hype project. And recently it's some kind of trend to collect money for future developments. I do not advise anyone to invest in such projects.

You're right.  You always have to be very careful when investing in ICO and before investing in ICO I advise you to study the company and developers.

This was justified and worked at the very beginning, when the ICO was just beginning. Now there are too many people ready to simply raise money and do nothing, because these people have no responsibility for their actions.

you are correct. especially for long term investors projects should be an exact and good product. if not, it is still possible to earn money for short time from a pump or fake shilling but if you dont sell in correct time you can loose everything.

I was wondering, why a lot of projects don't have such an important thing for a successful ICO as a product.

When a company has a product it means they have it to develop. In such case, a company shows why they need ICO and how the company will be growing. What is more, there is more trust because a company has experience in a field they are working.

For example, KickCity company that exists two years. KickCity an event platform that generates revenue and has a Helsinki government grant. KickCity needs ICO to make business bigger and to become a decentralized platform where every user is rewarded for ticket promotion.

On the other hand, no product ICOs can prove their success just in theory. There is no proof base that product will be developed and will be working right.

In such unstable industry as ICO everything has to be under control. The product is one of the things that shows the campaign is not a scam. That is why I believe it is better to invest in ready-made products ICOs.

We cannot deny the fact that most of the new ICO investors came only for hype and not for a product. They usually go with the flow and quick flipping every product, leaving the majority of the potential ICO in dump.

Overall I agree, that it is good if ICO project has ready product. For ex., recently I invested in ICO that was intended to increase mining farm (while project team have small farm already). On the other hand, there are some good ICO w/o product.

I concur with you. never put resources into ICO if dont have item. since ICO with no working item simple to be trick. Be that as it may, no all ICO without item is trick, perhaps at first they dont have it. that;s why the organization utilizing ICO approaches to gather assets to make their item. Find out about their whitepaper and guide. in guide they clarify about when the item discharge, when prepared to utilize and so on. Be that as it may, better on the off chance that they as of now have working item first

The track record of no product ICOs are nothing to write home about because most of them do not end well. ICOs with working products normally become successful and win the trust of several investors on the market.

I think that's a good statement. a good and big ICO should have a clear direction. Including also proves its achievement in real. Not just a work plan or project plan. But if it is realized in the form of a product or something like that I think it will be more convincing. Lips sealed Lips sealed

I fully agree that without the intervention of the law, more and more projects that do not have their own product will go to ICO in order to collect more money and then escape.
But I do not agree with the fact that having a product, going out to ISO can already be considered successful.
Recently I participated in such a company, which already having its own product and collecting huge sums on pre-sales, tried to deceive the bounty hunters by cutting the payments 6 times.
Doing this they and their self-confidence have undermined and their product is now not in price.
Sincerely yours.

If the team does not have a product, but there is a good idea, it does not mean that nothing will come of it. There are so many smart people with good ideas. But they do not have the finance to implement these ideas. But the fact that there are very few such projects is a fact.

Totally agree, it's better to invest in ICOs which provide with a physical product rather with a service. At least, you can track the development process and see if the team is following the road map plan  Smiley
