yup, there should be a balance in pricing and production in order for everyone to be happy.

If there was a clarity, that only this many units will be sold, then buyers will have choice to calculate the ROI /profit and invest accordingly, not like you keep producing and pushing the miners and even worst reduce its price within 3weeks, clearly shows manufactures mentality.

Bitmain is opening the flood gates at the moment.  They are offering everything, S9s, L3s, A3s, T9s,  routers,,,,EVERYTHING!  Not sure if they are just cleaning house and emptying the warehouses, but something is up.   They have so much profit built into these things.... with the slave labor used to manufacture,,,, they can manufacture each miner for approx. $500 USD all in.

Maybe they are trying to sell now when the price of BTC is still high over 10k before BTC drops and they have to go back to offering miners at $900-$1200 prices.  Or, they are trying to make room for a new product line.

curious...I swap'd my 5 800 buck obelisk coupons to a 'long shot bet' by a buddy on them ..he will get 5 ...1 will go to me for free for the coupons and I think I also get

another $250 buck coupon for future purchases....(does that mean I've already ROI'd) these are Decred machines by obelisk likely July 2018 soonest if not later...by the by..



so he will pay 1k each for his 4 of my 5 coupons...he is big enough it won't matter much ...and he is betting on the fact bitmain will play games and decred may not come to pass

I tried many time and the A3 just like hanging there after click save. and system page always shows socket connection failed and nothing showing on status page

Actual I have the following setup: (PSU Bitmain, 230VAC)
INPUT: freq: 687MHz, fan 100%, PCB temp: ~ 50°C, core temp: 65°C, outside temp: -> +5°C intake air.
OUTPUT: 940Gh/s: HW ~ 0,5%, fan speed: ~ 5200rmp - yes, loud.
Power consumption: 1500W/230VAC

Which settings do you use?
I’d like to get out the max. of the A3.

Any ideas how to lower power consumption? (I mean not via freq.!)
How is it done at the mod D3? (blissz version?)

The simple answer; There is NO reason to buy ANY mining equipment right now. Difficulty going straight UP while Profit going straight DOWN. Soon all those idiot resellers that bitmain swamped with 10's of 1000's of S9's and L3+'s will be choking on them and fire saleing them all over. Also, a million stunned "Johnny Come Lately" idiot new miners with too much money bought massive amounts of S9's and L3+'s to set up mining farms for the "easy money". Those ignorant fools are about to get their dicks knocked in the dirt. Rightfully so. Just sit back and watch the blood flow. It will be enjoyable. I know I am.

Hi, I have problem with one hashboard dead.

And made ticket on 25th,there was no A3 on the list so I selected L3+ and made explanation.

They gave me disassemble permission on 29.

This is parts repair so I send dead blade , I can mine while I wait for it.

and (this is important) attached 3 screen shot of  miner config(1.at the start afew asic alive and 2.in few minute dead) and 3.system TAB .
this makes procedure quicker.
