It would be insane if Ripple went to 10,000.  The chances are pretty much zero.  You have to consider the market cap and for the price of 1 XRP to be that much money, it would be an insane market cap.  I wish it did go that high but I would be surprised and delighted if we hit $10 in 2018.

The mainstream will probably like something like a bank though, because they're generally not capable of keeping their own funds secure.

This is where banks/XRP come into play if no other solution is found. I personally don't want my money anywhere near Ripple or the like though.

The reason why we are into this investment is because we wanted to change how financial system works and we find crypto to be the best replacement, so ripple is really just a dream, maybe it can go up to 10-100$ but 10,000 will be a big dream just count the numbers of circulating coins and calculate if numbers of interested investors will support that level, bitcoin is way less that's why it's reaching the target.

Ripple promoters will never understand the math behind it. They don't even know about the supply situation of ripple. They just try to spread promotion for the ripple. Most of them are paid users. Ripple will never be a good option in the future.

Im a noob when it comes to cryptocurrency, but read enough that Ripple is hated by many. I do have Ripple and bought it when it dropped to near its low point during the last sell off. Mostly invested in Ripple because (A). Believe it will get listed on Coinbase this year, going it a nice bomb upward. (B). Announcement 3 of the top 5 banks using Ripple will bump it up. (C) I think other banks will fall in line after and Ripple will become a big part of the global financial system. But like others have posted I don't think Ripple will even get close to $1000. Since I started buying cryptocurrency I look at what has the best shot to get to $100 in trading, your going to get nice returns either way if you buy low enough.
