interested in idea, but I dont quite understand, for example, employers pay the coins for services, which means the constant reduction of coin number, and when they finish, what will happen, or have I understood the model incorrectly?

Yes, we plan to burn tokens periodically in order to reduce supply and increase demand.
But there is a limit which we will decide after the ICO is over. This means that once the ICO is over, and based on the number of tokens sold, we will be able to make the math and decide the market cap we want to keep.
If the number of tokens sold enable us to burn tokens and still be able to keep our minimum required market cap, we will do so. Otherwise, we will need to skip the burn process.

We will be constantly working on strategies to promote and increase the price of our coin, therefore benefiting our token holders.

But essentially and immediately after buying your tokens you start profiting because the price will go up in each stage of the ICO.
At the end of the ICO you will be already doubling the value of your tokens.

We have been working for almost a year on our product and it will be launched regardless of the progress of the ICO.
This means that you as tokenholder you will certainly be able to use your tokens and buy service in our platform.

Only sold tokens will be in circulation. This way tokenholders will be able to reap great benefits from their tokens since anyone using our system will need to buy tokens from current tokenholders.

Yes, definitely with the continuous support of our member base, the price of our coin will increase exponentially.
More demand means increase in price.

But of course we also have others strategies in place that will make the price of our coin skyrocket.
