I'm still buying tokens from the down market soo that when the time's come when the market get back to normal  i gonna sell my token holdings with a good profit 😁

Good for you because you have the money for investing.  Some people even if they really want to invest don't have the funds so they would only have hodling as an option. Many people,  including me,  is really stressed about the dump but it looks like the market is still gonna be on that state for the next days,  weeks,  months (no one knows). 

As for me,  I continue holding because if I sell I would lose big profit.

This is not the ideal time to sell your coins and I made my last sale a few weeks back when the exchange rates were around $9,000 per coin. The prices went down by more than 20% after I made the sale.

Well right now i'm doing alright because i sell sometimes before the dump happens which lead me to have a break even trade and don't loose anything and only earn a bit.

Definitely holding. To keep holding it it’s the best choice right now . Almost of people both feel panic ,thus keeping your head and thinking carefully or else you probably get mistake. It’s up to everyone thought about the market fluctuation, maybe some will sell immediately because they most likely afraid of losing but some keep holding or buying and the like. To me, I think we should keep holding and waiting for the market in some next day, because with this crutch time, we hardly predict  the crypto market.

For a safe way is good for hodl and wait until price recover. I'am a man who don't take a risk in this situation, if I sell my invested now it would be the fools decission. Although I see my money lose in day by day but it's not imposible in the next month the price will high. Just like the old saying goes, "Patience is a virtue". All we got  to do in times like this is to patiently wait while of course being productive. If the value of the markets is down. There are two decisions for you, purchasing more or holding. I started with bitcoin back in 2015, not right after mt. gox but when I joined market was in downtrend. People were saying different things but now we know price movement, 500 dollars, then 1000 dollars, I thought it will be struggle to get to 2000 dollars but price went to 10k dollars, then 20k dollars. Now we are in downtrend again, after a bullish year, We are much smarter, now we know that in downtrends you need to hold and acquire more coins how ever we know, its time for that. Now its the time for checking icos and perspective coins, bitcoin, eth, ltc and some other coins are must have for the future, but there are coins that will make nice rise when market start to grow again, try to predict which coins will have biggest rise and invest in them now, just waiting will bring very nice profit, for all of us who have patience.

Until now, I am fortunately holding and waiting for the increase the value of bitcoin and some coins. When the value of the coins or the bitcoin is on the dip value I use this opportunity to buy more coins because I believe that it will reach again, then I sell on the high value of gain a profit on them. But some of my coins give a little advantage now. I bought them last two ago months when the value of them drop 30%

But i would say i recovered by buying back at the lowest price and selling at a little higher been day trading a little bit . Ever since I acclimatized myself with the extremely fluctuating market of Bitcoin, the market's decline does not bother me much anymore. In fact, I rarely do anything. Right now, I just intend to HODL it since doing Bitcoin is not my only means of earning money.

The losses mentioned in this thread are merely paper losses and does not mean a thing unless the investor concerned sells/withdraws/cashes out. Either way, investors always have two options, i.e., to HOLD or SALVAGE. But as for me, I am in this to win this. Hence, I go for HOLDING 100%. If the prices improve, I win because I get return on investment on top of my return of investment. If I lose, I still win because I sure learned a lot. You see, it is only a matter of perspective.
