Which do you think is better and why?

obviously eth and no doubt about that. not just in popularity and has valued in the market but it has more potentials, advantage from all altcoins is it has a smart contracts that can be used of all ICO worldwide. it has more demand now than bitcoin. and nothing to compare in NEO.

Which do you think is better and why?

Ethereum is best alternative currency on the market and there are lot of arguments why. Just compare the prices, capitalization and rates of growth. Furthermore Ethereum looks more stable and influential.

Both options are good. Ether is already developed and has reached many heights. Perhaps he will grow up to $ 2000. NEO can do even more for him the whole People's Republic of China with its huge farms and mining personal ISO + possible regulation of the state. If China wants to, he will be able to block virtually all aspects of ISO to improve NEO prices

Ethereum is growing very well up until now, its popularity is quite high and quite in demand by its investors.
like ethereum, NEO also has a pretty good progress right now, has good value and stable enough on the market, NEO has been stealing the attention of investors who are involved in cryptocurrency.
I personally think they both have good grades and also have good platforms that will continue to grow in the future, but currently I still prefer to ethereum.

Truly both are blockchain project, but it is obvious that ETH globalized the world than NEO in transactions and many other areas.

It’s not a right way to compare only this 2 platforms. There are a lot of new level variants so need to understand what instruments your product must have. In ETH – NEO I like Ethereum mostly, but NEO anyway can show more profit in some distance.

Both are facing scaling issues but are trying to tackle it them in different ways. NEO is in a slightly comfortable position of not having that many projects to clog the network.

All eyes are on Bitcoin scaling right now, SegWit getting wide adoption and Lightning next up. Both NEO and Ethereum are currently going down in price against Bitcoin. If Bitcoin is getting dApps and smart contracts that could be bad for the other platforms.

Ethereum is more reliable and relied on by most of the altcoins that are existing on the market. It has more use than NEO, I think, I do not have a perfect knowledge about this but I think it should be obvious since you can see thereum being used everywhere in the crypto world.

NEO is Ethereum but with a specific purpose: to enable a smart economy, while Ethereum is just a platform for entrepreneurship, innovation, and development — the direction it goes is up to people building on ETH. NEO has a direction; it is shaping its platform with a goal in mind.
Yes, NEO has some definite advantages over Ethereum, but Ethereum will likely scale to close the gap as the platform gains adoption.

Both are Good, but I think Ether is good in Neo and Eth. Ether is a good platform. It has a very good position in the market, it can increase at any time, leaving $1500.

I like both Ethereum and NEO as well, and overall I agree with you, but one question appeared, why do you think, that the price of Ethereum will rise so much?

Which do you think is better and why?

For me, ETH is better than NEO now... But the way things are going, like litecoin taking on things ETH can't do. I thing NEO could go a long way. But saying NEO could beat out ETH this year is a little far fetched for me. Maybe 2 years or a year. But saying this year NEO will have a good performance is very much certain. Then again, I'm very much new to crypto currency and almost an infant when it comes to trading. But with the way the trend is, i think NEO will rise up

I absolutely agree with you. Ethereum is way stronger at the moment and has a lot more projects involved. But NEO is getting attention and I think NEO is going to hurt Ethereum in a long run.

I'm more of ETH.

Ultimately, NEO and Ethereum are aiming for similar roles in the crypto community. Both want to be platforms for the new internet: for DApps (Decentralized Applications), ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings), and smart contracts. But the difference is between their goals:

Ethereum: Ethereum’s goal is to be the platform for DApps and they are largely accomplishing this. They own the DApp market right now. Their roadmap is all about giving users and developers more control and more options in developing their applications.
NEO: NEO is working towards developing a product for the future. It not only rebranded from Antshares to NEO in June of 2017, but they refocused their marketing as well — with enormous success. Neo’s objective, while ultimately utilizing many of the same technologies as Ethereum, is to be the platform for a new smart economy.

In short: Ethereum is developing in response to new demands. NEO is developing their platform in anticipation of future demands. So there will be a long way to go to implement the future, with NEO. ETH remains better.

Which do you think is better and why?

For me I will choose Eth and my only wallet that I have was connected to Eth which is MyEtherwallet.In terms of ICO Bounty project was most of them trusted for Eth adress.But Neo also was great but it is depend on our thoughts and perception if which really the best for us.
