Ethereum is far ahead of NEO, most people that miss out on Ethereum are now promoting NEO, this most important thing in this space is marketing if you can generate hype for your project you are good to go, that is what help NEO and Lisk with their rebranding of their platform

You are right, NEO is 100% hype coin. NEO is quicker than ETH only due to centralization. And looks like thay have no plan to make platform more decentralized. So, ETH is more interesting in terms of technology.

Which do you think is better and why?

Well for me is ethereum as you can see eth has been great for over a years , eth is strong though and lot of investors predicted that it's the year , or a year for ethereum. To be honest I'm a fan of eth than NEO I say that it's a lot better than neo.

Sadly Neo is highly centralized, if one of their nodes drops, all the network drops. They only have good marketing and sweet promises.

I think ETH is definitely better, he's stronger and more stable technically than the NEO. The only advantage of NEO is support from the Chinese government, but I don't think it's enough to defeat Ethereum.

A lot of dApps are moving from Ethereum to NEO due to scalability issues:

I think many are doing this in order to save money.I believe that Dapps based on the Ethereum, are more decentralized than Dapps on NEO.The Ethereum has more than 10k nodes, and the NEO is less than 10.For me the choice is obvious)

There is a big difference between the ethereum and the neo system, i think ethereum is more succesfull than neo.
If the ethereum is like bitcoin after many years, neo is like ethereum.

I prefer NEO is better because NEO let you earn GAS by holding it and NEO price is pumping so much and the price of it is just cheap($100+)

Recently NEO is making huge spets in conducting ICOs on its mainnet, but it is still far behind the Eth! Maybe this is not the adequate mark regarding the technology aspects that offers NEO in comparison to the existing problems with ETH network, but do we have been watching NEO under those loadness that ETH was?

I will also better choose Ethereum, but I do believe that NEO will show the greatest power very soon. Some guys even call this altcoin the new King of cryptocurrency:

Both are great Cryptocurrencies. I would invest in these two coins. But if you have to make a choice, I would definitely recommend buying Neo. Neo price is low and good news are real about NEO ico's and for their platform, it was designed with Chinese regulation in mind, and is prepared. Since January, it was only NEO could bring a good ROI today. However, I think Ethereum will be around for the long term, and will adapt along the way.

NEO looks dangerous to me. Cause usually everything what Chinese government supports is artful and world dominating.

NEO is backed by the Chinese government. This has become the most important factor for NEO’s popularity in China, making it China’s first open-source public blockchain project. NEO is also backed by WINGS, Alibaba, and various Microsoft-like giants.

Ethereum is not backed by any nation’s government, but it is supported by the EEA-Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. This speaks volumes about its popularity and potential success on the world’s stage
