ETH next to BTC?

Ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency and we know bitcoin certainly is still the market leader in terms of value per coin as it is the most well known cryptocurrency, so is the most widely used.
However, I think Ethereum will have the best long-term potential of any cryptocurrency though due to flexibility and smart contracts.

Ethereum is next to BTC?

There are chances for it. We have news on ETH stating that Ether would gain threefold value by end of December 2018 with the support of its small contracts. They are working on forming small contracts which would in turn increase the value of Ether. Need to wait and see what happens. But we do have other competitors like; Maker, Bitcoincash, Dash, Neo, Monero and Zcash. Lets see what happens.

A lot of alternate currencies are there who have good potential and its price is no doubt can increase too much but still i think that it will take a lot of time, may be more than decades to overcome bitcoin, because bitcoin still the most popular and stronger crypto currency and its value is also increasing from time to time because of the increasing interest and investment of the people in bitcoin.

Nco doubt in the term of technology and working i think ethereum is better than bitcoin and i think ethereum have the potential to become next to BTC , because it is growing up fastly, it have very good value and potential, and also it is expected to rise highly in the few coming months and years with the increasing of the ICO projects, since its demand will become very high.

Nope, I don't think Eth has enough power right now to remove Btc from its throne as the King of Crypto, that's pretty obvious right? As we can see, btc was still able to maintain a huge gap on price between eth and other crypto despite of its continuous downfalls recently.

But to be honest, I still see potentials on eth. The most common wallet used here in our country not only now support btc but also eth, therefore, this is definitely a good news because we can conclude that the demand for this coin is now increasing.

ethereum is indeed the very coin stuck to the position of the bitcoin on two of the top, no doubt both these coins continue to compete in being the best. Bida so ethereum in the next few years can change the position of the bitcoin but it certainly will change the state of the other coins as well.

I don't think ethereum will ever overtake bitcoin. It will always be the second best though as it is the strongest coin after bitcoin. There are a lot of investors investing in ethereum and I know the price will go up higher once bitcoin starts recovering too. Ethereum is a good project and it has a lot of potential but bitcoin remains number one.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are actually using a system called Block Chain. In this Block Chain system, data recording and transactions are performed on multiple servers that are connected to each other. That way, if there is one server that is damaged, the data can still be accessed on other servers.
The thing that distinguishes Ethereum from Bitcoin is the application of Smart Contract, which allows you to program transactions, before you do it. For example, you can create an arisan program that will automatically move the Ether belonging to each participant to the winner's account each month.

It is almost sure that ETH will replace the bitcoin in the future to become the crypto leader in the crypto market. Bitcoin has failed to make its way into the world's most famous currency, as people use Bitcoin as an asset, they hold and only sell when the exchange rate goes up or down. So you should hold ETH instead of BTC in the future.

Maybe the Etherium will be the next of Bitcoin, As you can see at the market the etherium is the second place in the market so maybe in coming a year etherium it will take in the first place. But we know bitcoin it will not be going down against on etherium so it will remain in number one.

The truth is there is no permanent thing in this world except change, I believe that cryptocurrency will make a good change in the world
and since bitcoin is the most popular now, we might see it to continue to be on top but there is no assurance that it will not be surpass by other

Change is a must to fulfill the needs of the growing population. Right now the blockchain technology which is the base for the change has made bitcoin to be the leader of the cryptocurrency network. Ethereum similar to same technology with some sort of variation too has attracted the user community and has contributed almost half that of bitcoin in capital market. In this regard can consider ethereum to be the next bitcoin.

I think to make the ETH next to it BTC will take a long time. Currently BTC and ETH values are very far apart. But I admit that ETH is now gaining in popularity and attracted many bounty programs and signature campaigns that paid using ETH.

I have no doubt that ethereum is one of the most reliable cryptocurrency besides from bitcoin, and i do believe the ability of ethereum to create a higher value in the future, just like in bitcoin. But it can't surpass the bitcoins ability, it might reach the market value of bitcoin at this rate, but it can't surpass bitcoin even in the future.

expect ethereum to have a higher value in comparison with bitcoin, but I think it is very difficult, because when the bitcoin price falls, the price of ethereum also often falls. unless there is a further development of ethereum.

ETH and BTC are two very different cryptos, though both occupy the top spots in the crypto pyramid, BTC is still the highest ranking coin and will not be replaced anytime soon, ETH is a good coin with reasonable project plan , but Bitcoin is still the one, the gap might be closed but BTC wont be replaced.

Ethereum got blockchain also and it is like the different blockchain compare to bitcoin. Ethereum is a very good coin to have for long term because its smart contract designed system is great in the long term since the projects or ICO that are being created are more under the blockchain of ethereum so it will pay off in the future once ethereum is fully used in a lot of projects as a gateway of payment.

as I think, maybe the price of ETH will not pass the bitcoin price this fast. but this year I think ETH will grow more than bitcoin.

technology. They are synonymous with potential and high probability of success. Bitcoin may clearly
lead the price market but Ethereum dominates the growth aspect and prevalence of utilization in and
around markets and trading platforms. Maybe ETH will outpace BTC in the future, considering it's the
most likely and only currency that rivals bitcoin as of the moment. It is however entirely possible that
may be the outcome, but envisaging the timeline of such a milestone will take more time and betterment.

I suffered from btcs a loss of 56% once and from then I lost faith on those crypto

Make no mistake while I'm sorry for your loss at the same time bitcoin didn't make you lose money the one that lost money was you by taking a bad decision and probably buying at the top of the market, you must remember when there is a lot of hype around the coin and everyone is like you need to buy it or you are going to miss out on the profits that is probably the time to sell and if you do not have any then that is probably the time to wait until price decreases.
