Bitcoin is made as a means to replace fiat currency. Which of course from Bitcoin, we will get a lot of convenience and also security in managing all our financial economy. Bitcoin is a testament to the digital technology we will use in the future.

I think if the fiat of replacing the crypto world would be a centralized form which is a big problem the high security of our private key can be known by the higher authorities.
There is no fiat like the traditional currency used by all our ancestors for years so that every country has a local currency and has central authority.

I would like to know if cryptocurrency will replace fiat money in the future,  also if so how long it will likely take.  Also,  I would like to know which coin you think would take over if one will.  (E.G. Dogecoin,  BTG, LTC, XMR)
I think crypto will not replace fiat money. Crypto will only live on the internet and fiat money can run as usual. Although crypto is growing and the price every year is always high but I believe fiat money will not be replaced with the digital currency.

I dont think if Crypto will replace Fiat, Reason being The fact that Fiat has been in existence for the longest period of time. Fiat is all wev known as a form of exchange and it will be difficult to adopt another means, Besides, not al people have embraced crypto just yet, most are still very cautious when approaching crypto majorly due to the governmental regulations. in some areas, people sill dont even know that crypto exists.even if it finally replaces fiat, it will take quite a considerable period of time

Its really hard to replace fiat for at least 20-25 years as the population is not that fast to adapt new technology and also the difficulties in some countries is very high with the devices needed for crypto to work full fledged.

Maybe. But as of now i think it's far from being possible.Yes cryptos at the moment are really famous but it's not yet implemented by the government. And since it has its own decentralized system,i think the government would find it hard to trace all its users. And it will be a long run for cryptocurrencies to replace fiat money in future. It is everything Bitcoin is not. Crypto will replace only fiat money when governments are replaced, maybe even the whole society is replaced.

Cryptocurrency is notable in light of the news concerning on making a regulation by the government. We can't occur to replace the fiat. However digital currency has an opportunity to replace it if the legislature will permit it. But, I trust whatever the regulation on the digital currency will exit perpetually as a because of the assistance of the innovation. Bitcoin is the astonishing digital currency and can use on the installment. Fiat will remain resources on this world.

I don't think so. First of all fiat money is so stable, unlike cryptocurrency, as what the Chinese billionaire says that bitcoin is a bubble but blockchain technology is not. Replacing fiat money means replacing the economy of countries, I don't think governments would allow crypto to take over and replace fiat currency.

As I see it, two factors will contribute to the fall of worthless fiat currencies.
The demise of the current financial system through inflation & manipulation and the continued rise of crypto currencies.

Some places (more oppressed by corrupt governments and banking cartels) will make the move sooner than others where things are bad, but not quite bad enough to get up off the couch and do something about it (North America).

There are many examples of people moving into cashless crypto money systems in Africa and other places if you look for them.
Of course this is all being suppressed by the mainstream corporate media which is simply the propaganda arm of the banking cartels.

I think we will see the end of centralised banking systems by the end of this decade (2020) if not sooner.

Crypto is a tsunami and the bankers are all snorting coke and partying with  hookers on the beach.
It's going to wipe those bitches out! Not soon enough in my opinion.

I do not think that this will happen in the near future, but in the next 20 years it is possible and will replace it. This requires a lot of time.

Governments won't have a say in the matter. That's kind of the point...
