A leader must have the quality of being a visionary. He/She must have a vision of what the group will do and the also the cause and effects of every decision they will make. A leader must also have the courage to push forward even though the decision may be very risky. Having also the cooperative quality makes the leader a good one. To see things that every member does and help in case of emergency is also a plus. Last but not the least is the humility. Great leaders are strong and decisive but also humble. the leader should be creative in the way he wants the work to be done. Bringing in new ways to do the same job not only reduces the chance of monotony among the workers but also creates a fun working environment where the team is not bored and is happily working towards the accomplishment of the goal.

For me a quality of a leader is from the word it self , to be a lead , to be a head a commander that will gave us a way to better path , a helpful and approachable leader a humble and kind. A straight forward or an optimistic person , have a fear on God , and love hes/shes doing , an open heart and an open hand , and last but not the least a father/mother , a light that will served to looked up and a hope.

I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. To become a good leader must be a good subordinate first. To attain knowledge and be trained as an effective leader, one must undergo mentorship under the feet of a wise leader. Learning to become submissive and obedient doesn't happen just within a day. It is being workout in gradual manner and takes a lot of courage and patience to surpass that stage and time will tell when to move up as leader. But in my experience the quality of a leader be it a government official, a boss at work or even a leader of a group for a project, are very specific and are rare in a collection. For me, motivating people to head for a single goal for the betterment of the whole group is one thing.
