Quality of a leader

For me the best quality of a good leader, you are not thinking yourself to survive but you are thinking the needs of your people.  He always put himself in the shoes of others. In short he is not a greedy person.

 good leader is a leader that have the courage to lead people also have focus on the work and have the ears to listen to the people and have a clear goals at the end.

Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea,  and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.
Let's build a better society today.

To be a good leader, we shohld consider ourselves as followers as well. We should treat our followers fair and we must set ourselves as an example for them to follow. Also, we must set rules that will benefit everyone. Leaders must always think of his fellowmen's goodness.

A good leader must know how to motivate the people under his leadership. He should be responsible enough to handle his people with care and concern. He should know how to deal with people nicely and respectfully. A good leader must not think of his power but his responsibilities and duties.

In my opinion, true leader should lead others only by example, not orders.
He/she must be honest, genuine, with high moral standards.
Unfortunately, we don't have much such leaders today.

Mission: Leaders know what their mission is. They know why the organization exists. A superior leader has a well thought out often written mission describing the purpose of the organization. A leader must able to lead with example
A leader must not be selfish and should protect the interests of his followers.
A leader must be strong, courageous and bold.
A leader must not lazy and should have good word of advice for his followers

Good leaders are tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and a good leader takes these as part of the journey and keeps a cool head.
A good leader as well as keeping the main goal in focus is able to think analytically. Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. Not only is the goal in view but a good leader can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it.
A good leader is committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. The good leader not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas.
