Everyone can be a good leader. The problem is not everyone willing to accept the big responsibility. Responsibility is in the leadership. Not all human wants to handle problems.  all can be a good leader. Leadership is a choice and willingness.

indeed everyone can be a leader, because being a leader is not born from birth but they are trained and well educated, because the leader should not be selfish, they must be able to serve and nurture it all with a heart and sincere heart. There are people who were born leaders and there's only a few of them. For males, they call it their "alpha" who has the most influence on the group. As I noticed, most of the time looks does matter because leaders usually are good looking but not ALL THE TIME. The most important qualities of being a leader is not really by being good at everything. A good leader is a good follower. A leaders must shown a traits that set an example in the group.
