4) Honest – Honesty is about being truthful, having integrity, and building trust. Honesty leads to better more productive relationships.
5) Responsive – Good leaders are responsive to the needs of those they lead. They adjust their behaviour to best match the situation. They listen to their people; they value the people they lead. And so on

There are so many different leadership styles that it is quite difficult to praise just one behaviour as the "one and only". In general I would say that If the leader cares for the employees, i.e. throughout regular feedback, the feeling of belonging to the company in a good way and being a valued part of the team, will increase noticeable. Employees want to have a purpose, one should not assume that a hefty paycheck and regular bonuses are the most important things to them. I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.

But for me the most is having a fear on God , having a mercy and a hope , a good model to influence not just the people but the whole world.
