What about this? No. I haven't moved coins out of Inputs personally. The coins I did "move out" are (i) routine signature ad payments, (ii) wallet refill of coinchat/coinlenders ...
So, was the liquid balance of CL refilled, and the only problem is non-paying borrowers / depreciated AM shares? Because that doesn't sound like such a big problem!

Get him in jail and get nothing back. Nice lose lose situation.
If scammers like him actually went to jail, it would be a strong disincentive to future scammers. He still got some of his CL investment in [...] unpaid back loans,
Let's say you "owe" him something: would you give it back, now that you know he's a scammer? I wouldn't. Not that it matters, since he's a scammer, and you won't get nothing back anyway.

It seems like a lot of things we were told about security and the way coinlenders operated was quite fictional.
This.

Has anyone heard anything from TF since November 8th? I'm starting to feel real dumb here for not going with my initial instincts when the Coinlenders site got changed over to take everything out. Please prove me wrong, TradeFortress.

He makes an occasional post or two a day, look up his profile. I think he has his hands full of trading at the moment. Also I wonder why people consider these forum accounts to be a some single dude. It may as well be a whole company behind it.

Before you make any decisions about how repayment will happen, I want to remind you of BTCINVEST's unique situation.
TF sent me an email regarding this concern. I understand, BTCINVEST shares will receive a credit to offset haircuts.

So coinlenders investors get double triple screwed here.
Forced to use inputs. All TF personal coins used to refund inputs users not CL users Now these shares will be prioritised. So, CL is basically a ponzi scheme.
BTCINVEST was a special case where they were deposited after the theft, and the BTCINVESTers had no intention of investing in or bailing out CL. Yes, perhaps those who made deposits after the theft will be prioritized. I don't think giving back coins that weren't stolen makes it a Ponzi scheme. This has been very tough on everyone. Let's try not to see everything in the worse possible light.

I have seen enough evidence to see everyone is getting screwed, but it looks like CL Depositors are facing the worst possible situation.
Lies about security, lies about loans and BTC rate risk and lies about using his personal funds in the "unlikely" event of a default. (all gone on inputs) Now there is something new to the party.
I don't have any answers at all. Without TF being transparent, this situation is pretty hopeless and we will never the know the extent of how screwed we are/were.

if btcQuick's founder is not repaying his debt, why would you fully reimburse them!? UpdateThe situation is I'm facing extreme difficulties in getting most borrowers to honor their obligations - the BTC rally doesn't help. To name a few that have been impossible to reach (when talking about their debt): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=70557https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=17548https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=70541https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35121(Borrowers can deposit to CL via BTC address). Many security issuers like CreativeX have gone missing, but thankfully in the past days Deprived and arij came back, and Crypto-Trade divs have been successfully paid on their own exchange. ASICMINER isn't doing well which is the collateral for many (defaulted) loans. The reason why there's no email update is that I'm primarily waiting for other people that are not responsive, which results in having to pass on the non-responsiveness. All of CL's liquid coins were stored on Inputs and what's remaining are debts and assets that took a significant wipe (we still have borrowers that are communicative, thank you!, but the BTC rally is definitely hurting them and us, especially modification proposals).

It may as well be a whole company behind it. It's a logical conclusion, and he's made comments in the past that make me think it's just one person. But it's entirely possible that it is a company not a person, I'll be the first to admit that.

ASICMINER isn't doing well which is the collateral for many (defaulted) loans.
Ahahahaha so obvious, blaming AM! If it was a collateral, it should obviously have been sold when its value was approaching the loan value. If he hasn't, it means he's utterly inept, but obviously nothing like that happened anyway, since he scammed you.

Another thread is speaking of a class action against him. If I had any btc in his care, I'd be jumping on that in a second. Time to serve this prick up to the authorities.

No matter HOW badly he "messed up" 100% loss would take levels of incompetence whereby the individual could not even spell bitcoin. Scam.

TF:
back then you had refuse to provide your asset list since it might affect your competitiveness. Now we've come to an end, I'd like to demand for an asset list (just like what you have got for BTCINVEST in the past) plus a debt total. As you have promised in Chinese thread, you will publicize when you have not enough fund to pay back. It is now? Thanks
Never saw that asset list then? You sang his praises but it looks like that was a mistake. Still want to hold off on notifying the authorities?
