maybe this is the reaction that I feel in my country Indonesia with me know the government and finance ministers strictly ban bitcoin used as a means of payment and according to them it is not valid.
but they are aware of the growing development of bitcoin and its increasing popularity. The government can not stop or block it, I really hope my local government can see the Japanese state that already recognizes bitcoin as a means of payment.

Hello there... I am from India, and Bitcoin is still in the grey area here. It is not legal, but it has not been declared illegal either. But the government has explicitly stated that Bitcoin is not recognized as a legal currency here.

The government is still working on deciding a framework for it, but we have absolutely no idea about what its verdict will be. So, people here are trading in Bitcoin for short-term gains. Make hay while the sun shines!

How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin and what's its position in your country?
in indonesia its illegal to buy something with bitcoin but we still able to buy it from local site trader. Bitcoin is considered as a bubble by goverment and they think it cant be currency at all.

Bitcoin in my country is not illegal. Many people joined bitcoin here and it is okay in our government because they can see an improvement and many individual earns and also it gives a work to those unemployed. Bitcoin can be legal because we can see an advantages and it gives a ladder to our economics.

Hahaha, I think my country are full with close minded people who only think about useless things that cannot make their happy or succeed. A lot of people in my country think that Bitcoin is a fraud or scam because they cannot see it in physical form. Yes I know, that is ridiculous, because they still do not know the basic information about Bitcoin and the basic knowledge of crypto. In fact, there are some people in my country who think that Bitcoin is a sin and if we play or invest into some ICOs or cryptos, we will go to hell, hahahaha. Those close minded people will be dangerous to a country because they have a great impact to our society. I hope that my country will not block Bitcoin and start to take advantages of it.

Here in India, the situation is getting worse with every passing day. Although the government hasn't explicitly banned Bitcoin, they are doing whatever they can to harass the Bitcoin users. And the media is also getting increasingly negative.

My goverment treats it just like stocks and they don't have negative sentiments against it which makes me feel very blessed. Though, they still warn people that it's very risky.

The government's reaction in my country is normal or positive. although they do not tolerate bitcoin in our country and keep reminding everyone about some of the risks of bitcoin involved with it still they do not close the door about this kind of opportunity that we are grateful for.

In my country, for the moment, the btc is ignored. The government lets it and prepares itself to promulgate a law. Perhaps the authorities are waiting for some other country to issue legislation to be inspired by it.

How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin and what's its position in your country?

Asia’selfks representative countries have taken stances on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies that span the entire spectrum. Japan is arguably the most cryptocurrency-positive country, and has managed to become so by recognizing coins like bitcoin as a “legal means of payment”, but not as a traditional currency. Accordingly, banks are not able to offer their customers bitcoin but neither is it unlawful to hold bitcoins, leaving the sector to be driven by fintech innovators exclusively. The result has been stellar, with many companies integrating bitcoin payments into their services and derivative contracts like a “bitcoin bond” being formulated alongside other forms of adoption.

Other territories in Asia cannot boast such progress, viewing the onset of cryptocurrency with fear. In Asian countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, and Kyrgyzstan, using or trading virtual currencies is highly illegal and comes with harsh punishments. Even Asia’s largest power, China, has a rocky history with cryptocurrency. The lack of any regulation whatsoever helped China to become an early adopter in the blockchain space, especially in bitcoin trading and mining, but it went through a drastic reversal earlier in the year. Scared by how much capital was fleeing the country via bitcoin, China imposed sudden strict regulations on bitcoin trading and more, and enthusiasts in the country are still dealing with consequences.

most of the government in every country has the same reaction when it comes to cryptocurrency investment. They are not interfering our actions and investment with cryptocurrency but they are making some advise on it. As the government had foreseen the effect of cryptocurrency or the endpoint of cryptocurrency. Most probably all of it will put to end i guess but i could not make a highly guess speculations because all i know for now is that i love cryptocurrency and i am one of the bitcoin addict that time to time will usually view and visit the website for its market price to see what is happening with bitcoin market price movement. Yeah that is who i am but until now i am only investing small amount of money because i could not afford or i do not have that huge amount money to invest. You know that i am poor. Well anyway i glad that a little amount of investing crypto will do.

In our country, people are aware about bitcoin and I don't hear anything negative about bitcoin from them and I know that our government are aware how bitcoin works and I am hoping that sooner or later I can see it on TV with positive views and information.
