When I had taken my gpu miners down last November cause of poor payback, I converted one to a gaming machine and had purchased SC2. I played it a few times along with Borderlands 2 and Rage, but then the prices of bitcoins and the alt-coins went up and I put the gpu miners back online. I still have the GPU miners running, but am getting close to shutting them down again. In the mean time, I have been playing Magic:The Gathering in real life and just recently started playing the online version, MTGO. What I found was that I can actually play it while still mining as the overhead from the game is low. The miner loses about 20KH/s while playing, which is not that much for a couple of hours of game play. So, MTGO is the game I have been playing the past couple of weeks. Still getting my @ss handed back to me in match play, but I am getting better. If I take the GPU miners offline again, I will be back to play some more SC2.

I still jump into few quick battles in WoT but very rarely, perhaps once a week. Half hour online and that's all. Magic of computer games has left me long ago

Recently I discovered Steam Library Sharing. My friends with tons of games shared their games and now I have access to 10 times as many games as before. I just don't know what to play anymore, too many titles Steam sharing is great

League of Legends is my game of choice.
Try something better namely Dota2, LOL is just... just I can't even describe it, it is like target of LOL is 13 years old ADHD kids with no skill... Plus you don't have to buy heroes runes etc to play better, in DOTA2 no money can help you it is just your skill.

I am working on starting a esports company that will have have a team in LoL first then expand to other games like CoD. So for me its not just playing but market research.

I was under the impression there was virtually nothing in LoL that would give you an advantage and that you could only obtain through investing in the game; at most you get different skins for the characters if you're willing to pay for them.

The only reason that LOL audience is bigger is that LOL started in times when there was no really competition in 'free' MOBA market. There was HoN who cost around 30$ then, later HoN developers realized that they buy-to-play strategy is losing to F2P model and changed it. Dota 2 now have 7 500 000 players playing every month, and numbers are growing. Not to mention one of the greatest e-sports tournament of all time- The International, last time main prize was like 1 400 000 $ This year. The International this year moves to KeyArena, taking place July 18th through the 21st in Seattle.

The smartest thing for me to do business wise is build a team in LoL first. Then I can think about Dota2, CoD, and SC2.

I used to play on my gaming desktop while mining, sc2 is not that of a heavy game at intensity 13 the games runs fine, but what I do now is play on my ultrabook while using my desktop monitor and gear, it plays fine, at good setting with few slowdowns when I have many tabs open on browsers and flash stuff (but might be ram related, as I only have 4gb on my laptop)
