If you compare the two in terms of risk-reward, online betting is more profitable but has a higher risk but on the other hand crypto trading gives lesser profit compare to online betting but has lower risk.

If I will choose, I prefer crypto trading because I don't like gambling. I'm not lucky enough to win many bets so I choose trading .

I think with 2K USD capital it's better for bitcoin trading, than online betting. Because bitcoin trading has a clearer prospect, the losses are not as big as online bets. While the profit gained if the price of bitcoin rises can be large. But not as much as online betting profits if you win.

if you are looking for a method to get long-term benefits then choosing gambling / online betting is wrong, because for a long term gambling will only make you lose, you cannot depend on luck right, then stay away from gambling. crypto trading will be much better because of the possibility to winning is much bigger because you don't depend on luck but skills

Honestly 2k is quite small for trading and betting is quite risky. So if you start gambling with 2k and not a professional gambler (which means poker or similar, if you play dice you can't be professional on it since house edge will make you lose in the end) you will lose it, sometimes quite quickly sometimes takes time but in the end you will lose all your money.

However if you put it on trading than you will hope to make %10 a month, which is still insane amount to make and probably won't be doing it but even if you do that thats 200 dollars profit which wouldn't change much for anyone and you are still required to keep doing that every month if you want it to mean anything.
