Just because the price of bitcoin is really high and it'll be less profitable to invest in bitcoin than investing in any other cryptocurrency which yields large amount of profit. Like if your investment is low then investing in a cheap coin which will be promising is a better idea than investing in bitcoin which will be less profitable. In the end everything is about making more money. So it's not that bitcoin is losing its popularity, in fact all those other coins come into picture when one starts knowing about bitcoin so bitcoin is the means from which other cryptos come into light.

I don't even think bitcoin lost its popularity, in fact bitcoin has even gained more popularity than the previous years. Even if there are a lot of coins which we think might be possible to grow even more than bitcoin, it still has to prove its worth and they can't do that overnight.
I think bitcoin will not ever loose it popularity but the investor's of it, that's probably why bitcoin affect the today's price. if you heard the news some country's ban bitcoin or all crypto exchanges that's why price is dumping. Only the believe of the people is the key of its price for its increase and decrease. |

It depends on what is your definition of popularity, regarding mass adoption may be on hold since most of the new people don't buy dips, ironically they prefer to buy at a higher price when it pumps.

Bitcoin is still the base of all alts . To buy alts you need to buy bitcoin first ,thus it will never unpopular or irrelevant . Yes other coins might make you more profits but i think of bitcoin as storing value that in the long run gonna make me profits on my assets too. Bitcoin price might dump drastically if more alts became paired with other coins and there was no need to buy bitcoin first to buy alts. You have your point and i will agree for that mate.Even if it's drop the value for now but bitcoin still the best crypto coin that no one could replace it.All altcoins also was dropping now so we can't say that only bitcoin makes low the value.But the truth is now that all the value was drop just simply invest your money to buy crypto coins.So that you have an opportunity to less buy and expand your crypto coins for holding it. |

No, bitcoin does not lose its popularity, bitcoin still remains the first and most popular. Bitcoin prices are unstable and all crypto coins also have an unstable price, I think that will not reduce the popularity of bitcoin. |

I don't think so. Other cryptocurrencies or coins may be making some noise right now, but I don't think that it is already surpassing bitcoin when it comes to popularity and such. Bitcoin set a high a standard. It is known before any other cryptocurrencies and it proved its potential. Its popularity is definitely still growing day by day.

I don't think bitcoin will lose its popularity, some people just use some altcoins or other cryptocurrency just to cope up with the lose of bitcoin price. but still as we can see bitcoin price is still higher than other coins. yes bitcoin price is dropping but it is still a matter of time where it will increase its price like before. people also depend on other coins rather only in bitcoin for investment since a way of earning profit for investing is to invest in different coins. Bitcoin will not lose its popularity but just in a deep right now because of the market problem.
I don’t know whether bitcoin is losing its popularity but I believe in btc so much and the same as some people who use bitcoin. Recently, bitcoin is not stable , and falls it price innormally. Some people nip it in the bud with and some have plan to get another coin like altcoin. Yep, bitcoin price is really higher than any other coins. But as far as we know that although bitcoin is the oldest ,it’s still keep growing well. It’s always falls and increases immediately, it fluctuates currently which make all of us worry and keep an eye on it regularly. I also suppose that bitcoin never lose its popularity in any way. It will recover again soon. |

Not at all. Besides it's popularity raising day by day. All are thinking about bitcoin & want to know its present situations. I know for buying other currencies we need to deposit bitcoin dollar's first. It's describe the present popularity of bitcoin & now bitcoin is the number one crypto currency I think. So bitcoin done it's job & we need to support bitcoin forever.

I think so. Companies are beginning to abandon Bitcoin, as it doesn't justify hopes as a universal and stable payment tool.
In reality, we were convinced that Bitcoin became less useful for payments. The transaction time has greatly increased which led to an increase in refusals from operations with cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin is still the most popular cryptocurrency. It is probably because of the decrease of price which affects its popularity and people who are thinking that some other coins will surpass bitcoin but this is totally not true, bitcoin is a king of all cryptos and in the near future I do not see that it's popularity will be going down. |

Btc isn't lose its popularity in my opinion.If we look at all the currency from the beginning then Btc is the winner which has still survived.There will be some ups and downs,so Btc popularity is maintained for its high price,demand and secured transaction system.As it's a old currency, the popularity of Btc is increasing daily.My belief never goes to lose the popularity of Btc rather it'll grow.

Not at all. Bitcoin may be down right now,but sooner it will be on track, I am damn sure about it. Let's talk about popularity. Bitcoin is most popular among all cryptocurrecies. Let's relate with an example. A newly rising star( bitcoin in 2008-09) started it's journey with none's attention. Just going on it's path and never look around what other thinks about it. A stage is reached when it's work is praised by everyone(2015-2017). A steep hurdles come in it's way and it just lose it's balance(end 2017-2018). But it never stopped itself because it has to reach at the top and make itself a legend. (probably 2019-2020). Then a stage will be set for it. When it will not at your vision, you talk about it. When it is visible to you, it will get all the lime light and attention. You will stare at it. but you will never have it. It will be the journey of bitcoin. Look carefully about the journey. You will be delighted by it. |

I do not think bitcoin does not lose its popularity any coins refer to bitcoin in my opinion, because if bitcoin price falls then other coins also come down but if bitcoin rises most of the coins also go up but some do not go up, so you are very wrong if bitcoin is losing its popularity especially now that enthusiasts and bitcoin users are getting more so bitcoin is fixed number one.

Bitcoin is not loses it's popularity. Even it's getting popular every years. I think bitcoin needs correction after it's price mooned last year. Just wait the moment until the price bounce back. I already bought more altcoins during the bload bath in mid-january using some of my profits and take a rest until it recovered again while continuing my bounty campaign in my spare time. Everytime bitcoin drops, i always look to this tweet.  |
