Wow, that's interesting. I hope there will be exact dates for the new emission of tokens.

I will not be a new emission of the tokens. All the unsold tokens will put in reserve. They will be sold when new objects of real estate will be find for buying.

The first page says that after listing on the exchanges, new placements on the market of tokens will be at the market rate. This means that the price of the token will be withheld for the time of purchases. This will provide an opportunity for traders an easy trading.

The price in cryptocurrency exchangers will be higher then on GDEX. On GDEX is guaranted the nominal price.

This is not possible for a long time. Arbitrators quickly equalize the price.

On GDEX is guaranted the nominal price. The token holders will sell the tokens at nominal price at GDEX. If they want to sell tokens at higher price they will use the cryptocurrency exchanges. No one is going to sell the tokens at a lower price on the exchanges if they can be sold at nominal price in GDEX.

No the unsold tokens will not be burned. This tokens will put in the reserve. Genesis will use the tokens from reserve to buy the real estate. The tokens will use only to buy the  specific real estate.
