I think i don't have a bad habit because i eat healthier and only eat alot in weekends or on trips because you are there to have fun and not to limit you joy and eating gives you joy.

Bad eating habits will result for a person to have an illness , like when the person eat to much and cannot control their urge to eat can result in being a fat person. It is important to a person to have the right diet for them to stay fit and healthy. Being skinny also has a problem with the bad eating habits beacuse of eating small amount of food without any nutrients.

Well bad eating habits depends on the person's lifestyle & health condition. If you don't have particular ailment like heart disease or high cholesterol you can eat almost everything but make sure to have some limitations on your food to prevent sickness, and if you have a health condition follow the doctor's advise regarding your diet.

     Many people are very poor in their eating habits, they are so many bad eating habit people are not aware of,
E.G
[1] Talking while eating, you could get choked.
{2}Making noise while chewing your food in your mouth
{3}Working while eating
{4}Insufficient use of your cuttleries on the dinning table is also a bad habbit
{5}Watching movie and eating at the same time is bad too.
    Listed but a few but they are soo many bad eating habit unknown to us.

These are the bad eating habits that I have:

1. Craving for chocolate and eating nonstop
2. If not chocolate, then chips
3. Not drinking water after eating
4. Not washing the dishes (Lol that should count as eating habit)
5. Eating a lot, sleeping a lot and not going to the gym.

My bad eating habit is that I usually eat with so much on my plate and sometimes I can't finish it. Wasting food is the worst eating habit you could ever have. That's why I've been trying to improve myself for these past few weeks lol
