We maybe see some dump but not a breakout that we are expecting. XRP has not even reached $2 yet, and that is half of its ATH that was achieved during the last bull run. We need to observe and monitor the news as maybe anytime there will be good news, so we will not be late in buying.

I bought ripple at $2.50 and i am at very high losses. I wanted to know if and when it will reach $3, $4 and if my stars shine $5 ?  Please help. I am being as much patient i can but i am honestly dying from the inside looking at the prices.

I think it depends on the current market condition, if the market is going to experience a bull run, then of course the price of Ripple could reach $5, but of course for $5 I think it's very difficult right now, because for this year the price of Ripple has never touched or exceeded $2 (even though the market is experiencing a bull run), so I think for this year if there is a bull run, then of course the price of Ripple may only increase to $3 only.

I can see that a lot of profit are into cryptocurrency, using money to buy any other things is not encouraging because investment in cryptocurrency is an avenue to become rich unexpectedly, looking at the testimony when you purchase coin and how rapid the coin grows, i see that the profit involve can't be use to compare to another manuel business, so crypto is bus stop of investment from my observation and discovery.

You shouldn't be surprised, XRP almost hit that in the last few weeks, and if bitcoin will be bullish again, we might see XRP break out.

The lawsuit issue is now silent, I guess the FUD is over and people again are trusting and ready to be hype with XRP.

Again, it depends on the success of bitcoin.

For now I see it quite difficult for XRP to reach 5usd, but despite all the fall in BTC XRP reacted like the big boys, the slow recovery of BTC has paid off well for XRP, despite all the problems with the SEC it already takes above 1usd, not bad at all:

The hourly chart above of XRP noted the price hit support at $0.8925 and bounce higher. It has once again managed to rally above the $1 mark and was currently trading at $1.05. However, this point has previously acted as strong resistance and XRP may need more momentum to maintain this value.

Yes XRP is a good coin for investing or trading and it will be profitable,
besides that I hope XRP can develop further than today,

$2 is just a close price from what XRP has shown for the past weeks and it could really be hit so I won't be surprised if it happens.
But what isn't sustainable is when Ripple reaches double of it, $4-$5 and that would really be surprising.

$ 5 for the price of Ripple can still happen in the future, provided that the Bitcoin price is not below $ 10k,
Ripple is a good project so for long-term hold or investment I don't think there is a problem, it's just that high volatility must of course be treated wisely,
because if you are wrong, the profit you have will certainly be lost too, buy in the dip and sell in the top, thats the good way.

I wouldnt say it's not possible, but then, the many controversies facing ripple might actually make xrp journey to 5$ a bit more difficult, and again, it's highly not really possible for xrp to reach 5$ in this current market capitalization, before xrp can easily touch 5$, the entire crypto market capitalization will have to grow to or above 5 trillion with bitcoin dominance at its lowest minimum, this way, many major altcoins will have a chance to grow very much and already, we all know xrp is one those altcoins, let the future tell though.

In a market where news and hype influence price, it is not impossble that xrp will hit 'x' amount! what is important however is the idea that drive a certain asset! Xrp in my opinion is not different from bank!:Going forward, asset that are fully decentralized  are the future!
