What this major dip told us is that it is not as simple as "Buy when there is a dip, afraid people sell during those times" because the first wave of the dip seemed low, until the second, harder wave hit and shown us that the first one wasn't as bad.

Too many generic quotes and mantras go around, without taking some things into consideration. Experienced traders do not go by a quote or by one tactic. They adapt and act accordingly to the market and the news coming along.

 i agree...in a situation like this we have to keep calm because when you panic you can not think wisely and the result is you will be in drastic move which is not healthy...be patient and  observant...just hold for now

Never Borrow Money for going into market.

I am not in a panic and I am quite calm. BUT! I am worrying now, because I do not have more fiat to invest. Will the price drop even further? It is very risky to sell now and buy back, when it is impossible to know the bottom. So I feel kinda stupid to have bought for my last fiat yesterday before this drop. Should I borrow some fiat maybe or just HODL and stay calm until next month?

Unless the purpose for borrowing money is so feasible, it is fine for someone to borrow money as to have good network as well. But basically, when you are investing in a market that is volatile, it is highly suggested not to borrow because it might due some more problems.

It happens to everyone but i think as a newbie trader. Where we invest our hard money then after a couple of weeks or months. Our investment become low. Sure we panic at the first place but after seeing so much down in a the years. My panic is gone and i'm not afraid to lose now. I just stay calm for whatever happens.

Many people are sharing their experiences in cryptos here and listening to it is a good choice. They share things from their own experiences but we do not have to rely on it because we do not know if it is truly their experience or they are just making stories. I am not generalizing but we have to be aware that there are some who made things up so that they can post something in the forum. Thanks to the merit and moderators, these kinds of posts are reduced. It is much better if we will have our experience and develop our own method or strategy of earning from doing trading. Not all traders become successful, only those who give time and effort in understanding trading and other related things to it succeed. It is our choice if which one we are going to be, just a trader or a successful trader.

I believe it is a bit late to short now so buying it from extra fund is better.

But those who still have extra fund s at point of thinking of how much will still dump, better really do research f that coin you wanted to buy, and see its history on how much it dips before, buying is the only thing good at this point, better buy than lose those coins we hold for long. Long term investment is somewhat effective. See it by last year pump.

Everybody can't just feel the same, why? how about those newcomers who bought during ATH of bitcoin? which is at a price of $19k, imagine how much ones loss they are experiencing right now even if you tell them to hodl, although we know that prices being so cheap is not forever but how long it will take to recover again.

Yes its is last year, it was starting from April-May, bull going rocketing bitcoins.
It's good idea to take a coffee while waiting next month signal, but for sure i will agree with you Bear will lose it's power soon or later, because market always rebound.
