Yes if they read about what casper can do to change the future storage no doubt that they really want to this. soon this project will success and will reach the number 1 spot. Lol what do you even mean with the number 1 spot? As if it would replace Bitcoin as the number 1 crypto  Maybe he meant number 1 in cloud storage for dapps ? But it seems to me that there aren't that much companies making decentralized cloud storages for dapps, so once ico is finished, Casper Api will reach 1st position by default There is a big possibility and tendency that it will happen that Casper API will be the number 1 ICO that offers data and cloud storage DApps now that many people are patronizing this project.
