But looking at the big picture, they have gained massive profit because they risked a lot of money and if the ICO they invested into fails, then they also have bigger loss. What I mean to say here is that it is only fair for it to be that way they didn't get their money out of thin air right? They worked hard for it and it is up to them how they will accumulate more using the money they already got. Do not put equality on the discussion since in the start all are made equal, it's just that those who descended from people who exerted more effort(I'm referring to their ancestors) and those who live now also works hardr to multiply their wealth.

ICO'S system are free to access even you are poor or rich person, as long as you can understand international laguage, many poor people today are educated already, and they can easily understand specific method on how to access different businesses that involves initial coin offering. Why is that so? I do not completely agree. You may not be rich yet which means you are not rich. Currently I am still poor but I try to work. The future I will be rich is the rich in society.

Filecoin was such an ICO and there would be more ICOs tailor-made for the rich only, accredited investors. IMO such ICOs no matter how good their project and potential is, it would be a medium for the rich to get richer. I think about this, that this is not true that there are some ICOs implement this. If some ICOs do this kind of strategy well they will never become successful. People are worst when they think about this. Because as long as you have money you have the opportunity to invest. Wealthy persons are not only the investors but there are many too. There's no such as accredited investors, you don't need any permission or status or you don't need to be verified just to be an "accredited investor". If you are willing to invest and you have the fund then you can invest and you can be labeled as an investor.
