I don't think there were any rules that you must be rich to invest in ICO, it implies that some country cannot invest in ICO because their government ban to do so. As long as you have enough funds and your country is allowed you can invest in ICO.

I don't think that this statement is correct because it depends on the goals, if they are set the right way you can always achieve goals and if you are motivated,  you can become wealthy anytime. Sure that there are many factors that should be taken into account but nothing is impossible

I think you must have misread the ICO rules. The usually do a pre-sale for large investments offering a good discount in the process. A presale investment will attract public investors as the project is more likely too succeed if they have a minimum amount already. Also it gives an increased element of trust

In the reality not all businessmen that becomes wealthy raised in a wealthy family. Some are just an ordinary people who have the dreams in life that someday they can provide more than what they needed. Example, Mr. Henry Sy he is now of the wealthiest businessman here in the Philippines yet he started from being a shoemaker that have the passion to work hard and have the dreams in life. He already established 33 SM Malls in the different part of the Philippines owns Banco De Oro-EPCI Back and majority share in China Bank. Therefore, I don't believe that only wealthy people have the rights to invest and be wealthy.

To be honest, I don't see anything wrong with allowing someone with the high amount of money to buy call at a comparatively lower price. That's how the market works. Even in the category of manufactured goods, you get some discount just because you are buying in bulk and it is reducing the cost of the seller in dealing with the smaller orders and he would definitely give that advantage to you in the form of discount under a bulk deal category. This rule applies in the case of crypto too and it reduces the operational cost of the company and company offers you some discount in pre ico deals.

This is true as a person were allowed to be wealthy just gives your time, effort and determined to be success. Being wealthy it took time to achieve our goals, to meet out expectations in life. It requires hardwork actually without this it cannot achieve what we wanted in life.

The opener is complaining about some icos that require that you have at least some amount of money in order to invest in it, I do not remember seeing a lot of icos like that but I have seen some, it doesn't really bother me because after all they can implement any rules that they want but that certainly is not going to make their icos very popular.

I think it's just a proverb that applies to people who think narrowly, I have never read such rules, which I know as long as he has the capital he can do this business, no matter how poor or rich may differentiate if oang is rich in capital expended bigger than people who just started they definitely have funding limits, but I think it is not humane if there are rules that prohibit people to rich

You're right, everybody deserve to have a better life, and ofcourse being poor is not a hindrance to become wealthy, instead, this will serve as your inspiration to continue and pursue your target.

We cannot really blame some ICOs doing it. I meant no offense but it is just like in the stock market IPO where people or companies reserving huge volumes are given priorities. Maybe because it can make the process easier. There are lots of offering out there so we can just ditch them if we are not given the chance to participate. Plus we can just buy them once they are in the open market. Who knows it will fall a little in prices.

It is depends upon the situation if you can buy a little why not they accept you they need people to support their marketing supplies although if they didn't succeed at the first place the whole ico will be scammed and people will become worthless again. Much better if you are going to invest a little those people who aren't wanting those little to invest are the one who are disclamair for npthing.

Its true its easier for wealthy people to become more wealthy than poor people and thats how our world works. But you can try to become rich by doing the best that you can do to make your life better and better.
