As far as i know, there isn't any law that states the you have to be wealthy if you have to participate in ICOs. OP is just making things up and he should have at least read the law before he decided to post this negative thing here.

There are many ico`s that  need a minimum investment but try to find the ico`s that have a small minimum investment that you can afford , but if you said that the ico`s are for the wealthy people only . You are wrong , there are many ways to invest , there are many ways to find a good ico`s but if you dont have enough money to invest , just wait the exchanger listing of your want ico`s then buy it with a dump price .

No its not like that, you can always invest on cryptocurrency and start trading in the market in order for your coins to grow even more and profit, you can also work on bounty campaigns by promoting their platform and earn coins after the end of campaign.

The reason why some of the governments are not allowing their people to invest on cryptocurrency is that, they are afraid of the community to get wealthy and no one will work on the corporate world just like what's happening now a days.

In my own personal opinion, the words that you have said is not true, you are wealthy or not you can still be wealthy that is why people are working hard, so they can reach their dreams to be successful and wealthy. Anybody is allowed to invest in bitcoin or in other cryptocurrencies as long they are willing to do it, even they have a little money for them to earn a profit.

I do not believe in that idea. Maybe you will say, if you are wealthy you have more chances to invest bigger and be more wealthy. We are all have the right and opportunity to be wealthy.
