do you have a specific ICO in particular? Most projects do ICO's to gather funds for the project's development.

ICO's usual target market are small investors, but some big fish invest on it even covering the whole project budget.

Maybe that's why you were saying ICO's are for big investors only.

if we are talking about accredited investor, we're literally talking about how much money, earning, and portfolio you got, comits is not the only thing that make it certain but there's so many factors to be considered as an accredited investors, basically, I'd agree that this kind of law is like limiiting the opportunity for ordinary people but instead, giving more chance for already rich people

Investment is  a gambling. It takes a strong hand to succeed in this kind of investment in cryptoworld where everything has no assurance of what may happen to the future of cryptos. Such accusations without any supporting facts dude. There are several projects which been supported by big time investors maybe because they believe in it. This might cause the project to close the project to investors because they've reached the certain project.

Yes i guess its definitely true at least for Crypto economy. Before coming with ICO also they come with issuing coins for large investors whom they give big bonuses and that bonus get reduced by pre iCO to ICO.
In exchange trading also Whales can  manipulate the whole market as they have large funds and retail small investors become the sufferers.

Well no one was wealthy in the start, it is just the wise thinking which costs you nothing and you can become wealthy by using mind free of cost. Having said that, let me mention that all the leading startups in the world and their founders were nit wealthy but passionate and have been working on their ideas twenty hours out of twenty four hours a day to make it a reality. You are wealthy because you have mind.

^^ There are good tales going back to ancient greek civilisation about the elements that create wealth.   All it takes in terms of a farmers economy is to predict failed harvests and invest in stock that will be worth more later in the autumn then it is now.    There can also be an excess harvest and that stock earlier will not be worth more later.     Good judgement has to come into play for wealth to be accumulated, it cant ever be easy.

I do think people confuse good luck with genuine long term wealth, work and savings.

Investment has risk and gambling has risk but I would not say they always equate.   Investment has a purpose of storing value with the idea of greater value later.  That idea can be wrong and the value lost or reduced.

Capitalism is about opportunity not any guarantee, just like the American dream.  It was supposed to be about entitlements, there are basic rights but to be rich was not one of them.  It cannot work that way as money really only comes from productivity. and efficiency gains to society overall

In my own perceptions equality in this society was always been an issue. Discrimination is real, but I never heard about the rules of life like you're not wealthy yet,so you're not allowed to be wealthy. For me being wealthy is a choice, your choice that you need to work hard for it. No one can stop you to aim and dream high for your future. Being wealthy is not an overtime job that when you woke up its done. It needs patients, sacrifice and a strong heart to achieved your goals. So if you heard this statement again that you dont have the right to be wealthy, its not time for teary-eyed instead smile dance with the waves of life and let them witnessed your success.
