You hopefully made an investment, not a short term speculative trade (those rarely work without insider info). If that's the case, act like it. Give this a few months to blow over.

In fact, forget about it. That's how most people got super rich at the start. Of course, being patient is hard though.

That is the right thing we have to do in the present situation of the market. Otherwise, it is going to be very frustrating if we keep watching the market and cannot able to control our feeling, in this case, we will see there are many panic sellers with the dips and will be in loss.

Just wait for bung, you'd better hold it, I guess what happens with crypto is now just a bubble phenomenon or a phenomenon that anytime can break. Just look at coinmarketcap and when most of the coins are in the red, buy what you've been doing research on. When they are in the red, they are on sale. Rinse and repeat, then HODL and you'll be in profit sooner than you realize. It's important to think long term. At least a year or longer. But as always , only invest what you're willing and able to lose!

Hold will prevent you from cutting your losses and it will somehow give you more time to carefully plan your next steps but that doesn't always mean cutting your losses is bad because quitting and selling your investments may sometimes  be good specially when a good opportunity arise along with preventing your investment value to crash is a win win scenario also.

If you want to Quit, then don't do it. Otherwise you can lost the money you invested in btc before. I think it's better to HODl. And when time come you can sell it for good price. If you quit you will missed the chance of your lifetime that crypto world can give you can plan your strategy cut lost a bit and change into fiat only if you think the market will have a much lower value and or you can hold and wait until the market stabilizes and goes back to normal if you plan to change into fiat you can buyback at a much lower price if the market goes down and you can save your cut loss. You can do both but not quit. You should erase the word quit in your mind.

I think we have the different purpose in cryptocurrency and we have the different coin in our wallet. but one thing that I know, if you can hold for a long time, you can see that your coin price will increase and you can also have the investment for a long time. it is easy to hold the coin, you can close the exchanges, don't look it for some period and do another thing that makes you are not only thinking about your coins. but if you think that you cannot hold it for a while, then you can sell your coins and take your money.
