buy altcoin is very good indeed. but it also depends on the type of coin you will buy. I suggest to buy ico coins that are currently running. choose ico that has great potential in the future. it can be of high value.

Actually for alts especially this week is awesome date. IF btc holds also above 10k there will be at least 10% increase in most of the altcoins

I've been doing some reading lately and willing to invest a small amount into altcoins but not sure is it the right time to buy now. Shall I wait any longer?
You don't need to wait because , For investors this is the right time to buy altcoins. because altcoins now are on very cheap price. Specially now Chinese new year is already done. and the market price will be expecting to rise soon. |

Alt coins are cheap right now after the January downturn, but many are turning around and regaining what was lost. Still some volatility but well worth it as far as profitability goes.

I suggest you wait for bitcoin to rise up to $20,000. Because normally altcoin is in red market during bitcoin price surge. Sometimes altcoin maintain the dollar value and not the value of bitcoin so it is safer for now to stay in bitcoin than altcoins. |

Perfect time to but some alts, but market is unstable, so it might fall more than now. I think the best strategy is to split your fiat balance and start to buy alts by small amounts, so no matter where will the market goes, you will always be able to make the average price near the 24h-low.

I think many of the altcoins are suitable for buying now. After of the fall, the coins have still have really low prices according to their previous prices, so, in my opinion, many of the coins are giving really good opportunities in these days.

Right now the market is very unstable, all the cryptos are just going down because BTC is going down, once when BTC goes bullish then again all the alts are gonna drop real low, that will be the time to invest in alts.

Alt market may still dip a bit further, but from what has been seen so far i would say it's a really good time to buy many alts.
Regulations can still hurt the market, so it's your choice if you want to wait for that possibility to buy in.

In March, the market will recover its positions like they were before the New Year. So, there is still a little time to buy the Altcoins at a reasonable price. Last spring, the capitalization increased fourfold. I do not think that this time the growth will be weaker.

After a dip it's a great occasion to invest in altcoins! What you want to do is researching the best projects, don't follow easy gains. They will much likely turn into losses in a couple of weeks if the projects doesn't have solid bases.

Anyway, i just checked cmc there is a serious dip presently and i see this time as the best time to fill bags it is easy to trade promising coins presently.

It is worth to understand for yourself, for how long you want to buy bitcoin. If in calculation for 2-3 months, then it is worthwhile to wait for the correction of the course. If it is a question of long-term investments, then they should be done at different points in time, trying to get the lowest possible average purchase price.
