Is now a good time to invest in ICO?

I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!

IMHO now a good time to take part in a good ICO. PRice of ETH and BTC is low and in few weeks/months it will cost higher to participate ICOs. But it is still very risky to come in Crypto now) But without risk there is no profit in crypto)

There will be coins who scam, while others do not. It really is about doing your homework and investing based on a sound judgement. It will not sort out all the scma,s but will show some blatant ones, freeing your investment for other, better ones.

Unlike the time period it is always good to invest into ICO. What we need to do is just value the project and relate it to the real time usage and the investor community behind the project. This will help you understand better and decide whether investing could yield profit or not.

I think BTC and Eth are good choice. Many ICO always success but not all ICO success. So, you must choice the best ICO which will give you many profits

The crash of the market only affects ICO in the matter that some developers may choose to delay the lauch because of the big dip in wich BTC and ETH are in.
But from the investor point of view the financial effort is smaller like now because the parity of the ico price is the same: 1 eth - 12321 .....coin.
Now it is a bit tricky because i think that all good ICO should put a pause on the crowdfundig and that leaves you with nothing to choose from in this moment.
Be very carrefull because scammers dont care about any dip. They whant your btc no matter what is it`s price.
