Since it was on the previous page and I don't want it getting lost in conversation: bustabit will go offline for a database upgrade at 8:00 UTC on Sunday the 29th. Since this is a major upgrade there will be some downtime, but it should not last more than four hours at most.

Why don't you quote the number from a statistically relevant sample size, such as say the last 1,000,000 rolls? I'd imagine even 10,000 rolls would be within 0.5% of the expected EV. |

As announced, bustabit is now offline for a database upgrade. We will be back online in approximately four hours at 12:00 UTC. Don't want to wait? Try out bustadice in the meantime, a fast-paced single-player version of bustabit with higher limits  |

Not usually, bustabit normally has near perfect uptime, this seems to just be an anomaly/scheduled maintenance gone slightly wrong. I'm confident that the site will be up within an hour or two, or whenever daniel wakes up. |

I have never really won a big percent in this game ever. I have been playing it for 2 years now while taking breaks occasionally.
Most time I would get my capital back but never made any profits as such.
I wonder it's just me or it's for everybody.

If you "always" got even, you ran above average. Congrats. Seriously ? I have seen people winning quite a lot from bustabit and so I thought I must be really unlucky to not win good profits. But yes, I never lost much too. Most of the time I made even because I would withdraw the capital and keep playing from the profits. The profits would end eventually but I would still be happy to cover my capital investment. |
