The airdrop went very well. I've been staking the last couple of days and the regular rewards is very appealing (it's horrible to wait weeks or even months to get 1 stake reward...it makes me feel like my connection is broken or something). I think this project has the possibility of becoming one of the most used features of the crypto-world. At the very least it will be a huge stepping stone for creating addresses that actually make sense to humans. I think if you pair this with a highly secure wallet, the Ethereum BLUE wallet comes to mind - but it is only for ETH and ERC20 tokens right now, Twist will have a recipe for success.

I would rather say that when the time will be ripe it would be nice to get the Nano Ledger S support. Of course, this would make a sense especially after that Twist has acquired a decent value on the market.

What is the PoS percentage per year? I do not see any information about this anywhere.

TWIST COIN
The TWIST coin is the fuel of the TWIST ecosystem. 100% Proof of Stake. 30 second block times. 200 million supply with 10% annual inflation.

Specifications are qualified, I really like the concept of operation, 30% for POS is pretty good, just need mining tools to keep digging this.

if you could get on a small exchange that isnt dodgy like coinexchange, cryptopia or another small one that would be awesome.. Im not looking to sell but it would definitely help with getting more exposure.  Hope another exchange will become the focus again after some development over the next few months.

Keep up the great work devs  Smiley

What was the reason that made you go with Elliptic curve encryption for storing the PK on the blockchain compared to other types of encryption?

Why does not everyone use this type of encryption?

Project and development so far looks solid, well done devs.

For anyone who got an airdrop via creating a paper wallet, you can import your private keys to the QT wallet via the console using the following command:

importprivkey <twistprivkey> [label] [rescan=true]

Do not use if you don't know what you're doing...

The project is original and interesting, strategy of distribution of the coins is brilliant, but in my opinion a bit too fast. It could have been done slower so that more people would now have coins. For the value of a coin to increase, userbase must grow. Which are the plans of the Twist team to enlarge the user base?

Toolbox will have kind of  public/private APIs so other developers can build third-party apps based on twist blockchain. am i right?

Yep that's the plan for TWIST API. We want to make it easy for programmers to utilise our blockchain in their applications so we aim to provide API endpoints for easily writing/retrieving data to/from the TWIST blockchain.
Is there sandbox or test api, so dev can integrate for more application.

We aim to provide a testing mode for the API yes.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will be looking into it!

Why does not everyone use this type of encryption?

Bitcoin uses Elliptic curve encryption Smiley
We needed to use asymmetric encryption and decided on ECC over the more widely used RSA because the keys could be generated more efficiently and were shorter in length (which is ideal since they would take up less space on the blockchain).

I can only regret people chasing after instant profit and selling their coins at a price of 3 satoshi.  Cry
I HOLD and believe in the good future of this project.

What to regret? I personally buy at 3 Satoshi falls to 1-2 more will purchase a bit.

I believe in the success of the project. Of course a lot of received can bring down the price and up to 2 satoshi, but it's all temporary

Let the dumpers dump.
It is a new coin so price will go up eventually  Grin
Just buy low sell high.
This coin is not for 1sat.
Airdrop is doing this so keep calm
it will stop.

https://stocks.exchange/not-found
has anyone else had issues while withdrawals from here?
i tried to withdraw some twiist and is send me to a 404 NOT FOUND PAGE  when i click the confirmation email , to confirm the withdrawal.
any one else?

I had the same exact problem with them, but i wrote an email to the support (support@stocks.exchange) and after that, i received my coins.

I have got the coins an my overall impression is that this project will succeed. The idea is good, the coins have been already decentralized, after implementing the key features to your system, you just need to inform the world.

I had the same exact problem with them, but i wrote an email to the support (support@stocks.exchange) and after that, i received my coins.

Seems that using that exchange is not that reliable.
But their listing fee is higher than yobit?  Huh
I might prefer yobit over them, in case.lol
Considering that yobit is already a trash exchange to some.
