It is not a rule, it does not mention disqualification for this.

Did Stunna say it was because of this, or are you just assuming it was this? I very much doubt it was the case of merely forgetting to post your BTC address.

Yeah, I can understand people's frustration if they don't get what they think they were owed, but unless you've done something wrong you'll probably get your money. Just a little patience is needed sometimes.
