Hey guys, I don't know if I should be asking this here nor if this question has been answered before, but how is Stunna able to give out so much money?

I'm not sure if he has any other ventures with Bitcoins, such as trading on the exchanges, but I imagine that the BTC generated from PrimeDice makes it plenty worthwhile.
I would assume that he/she finds this bct user advertising profitable, which really leads me to want to start a dice site myself. Any thoughts?

It's up to you, but you would have to offer something slightly different to make people want to try your dice site. Also you would be competing against established brands which have a huge head start.

One of the biggest assets an established dice site has is trust - you can't write that stuff, it comes over time with a developed user base.
Yeah, but what if I set like a 0.75% house edge? That will give me an advantage i suppose ; or some nifty feature like lose 2 times a roll on 90% odds= refunded

It's not of our business really, but he probably gains more customers by advertising through our signatures, which will pay for the costs he has to make to pay us.

I don't think he would run these signature campaigns for a loss. Should obviously be a win-win situation...

It's a free market, but I agree with all Cryptopher's points. It takes a lot of trust to use these websites for various reasons. If you're going to design a site and make sure it offers something others don't, otherwise, why would people use it?

Haha, well I think you've better put the Bitcoin casino on the backburner then. I'm sure we'd all like our own money-making Bitcoin businesses.

Permit me an impertinent question, is Stunna a (multi) millionaire (billionaire, lol)?

Problem is I dont even know how those sites work and have no capital

You need to have some understanding of how it works, what you want and, of course, capital to make it happen by bringing in the skilled folk who can make it come to life.

As hilariousandco said in his post, put the idea to one side and focus your time and efforts in other pursuits.

We would all like a PrimeDice type idea that brings in the money, but it comes with a lot of work and investment, and ultimately trust and time.

0.0003BTC Per constructive post

50 Posts minimum to claim, must have 50+ activity to begin term starting January 17th

8000 Posts Max = 2.4 BTC

Aww, I only got paid for 0.0002 per post last month. Sad

Also; is 8000 posts even possible? What is the closest anyone came last month when it was 4000?Cheesy

The best per-post rate last month (Feb) was 0.0002 (for PD, bit777 and others).
But then, a new competitor shown up on 18 Feb with a tempting price 0.0003 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=472953.0)

I don't think 8000 non-spamming post (266 posts a day) is possible at all lol.
