I don't think 8000 non-spamming post (266 posts a day) is possible at all lol.

You'd have to make a new post every 3 minutes for 13 hours a day, every day of the month.  Realistically, there's no way to read a thread, digest the information, formulate a constructive response, and then type it out every 3 minutes for 13 hours in one day, let alone EVERY day.

True, but some pay in advance, and you can always ask for escrow to be used.

It wouldn't be a problem if they paid in advance or used escrow, but as far I'm aware, this one doesn't.

Constructive: "having or intended to have a useful or beneficial purpose". As long as you're not trolling or spamming or posting useless stuff then you should be fine.
