Who cares about a website that robs your information and sell it to 3rd parties. The are many other websites created for this kind of information like steem and medium.

It's not just only facebook, but medium or google(in some way) fro example. But facebook really blocked a lot of accounts about ICO and crypto. For facebook it make sence because here in crypto we will see competitor of facebook and Zucerberg know about that. You can like it or not but he is a very smart guy. Why medium blocked ICO and crupto I don't know, really don't. That was one of the best sites with articles about crypto and ICO's. High quality content. Now medium ruined all this but I think that doesn't help to fight with scams. Only when scam projects will pay for what they did for investors we will see more good projects.

I think Facebook merely don’t want one more group of scammers working with them on their scheme. It may be just some kind of any warning.

Facebook did not say that they will ban the people posting and sharing ICO-related things. They dont ban us in facebook. Facebook just dont accept ICO-related paid advertisements, meaning, they will not accept payments if ICO wants to advertise on Facebook because they just want to protect their company from scams.

Facebook wants to end accepting paid advertisements from ICO companies. The reason is because they dont know which ico is a scam or real. They just want to protect their company from the ico scams. But they did not say that they will ban people who like, share and post ico-related post.

Because they believe that Facebook prohibits bitcoin and ICos and other cryptocurrency
The new Facebook policy will not allow announcements of known digital currency exchanges or initial offers of currencies.
Is it to avoid fraud or false advertising? That's why?

This is my greatest fear. What happens if Facebook prohibits  bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. I could remember Facebook had to blocked my post on an ico. They replied by saying it was against their rule.

I created a thread here about 2 days ago on this topic "will bounty come to an end". Could this be a way bounties will come an end? If Facebook prohibits ico and other related cryptocurrency, what then happens to these ICOs and bounty hunters?

The fight against scammers it is exactly what these prohibitions will not help to solve. This is an element of global pressure on cryptocurrencies

Facebook has one main concern and this is Facebook users. If Facebook thinks that crypto advertising is not good for their business, they are just banning it. It is simple.

In fact, 95% of ICO projects are conservative. There is a possibility of making money. Without products or reports, there is a white paper that can be used for ICO. There is no threshold for white papers, and only formal cut-offs are used. Under such circumstances, it is not normal for FB, one of the advertising giants, to temporarily block digital currency advertising. After all, there are many middle-aged and old users on FB. Like Chinese uncles and uncles, self-identification is not enough and it is easy to be People flicker, if FB is filled with various ICO advertisements everywhere, it is not hard to imagine that many uncles and aunts click and invest. It's okay to make money. If it is found to be a fraud, FB estimates that it will be criticized by the public for carrying the name of a fraud company. For example, whether it is poor supervision or high-profit marketing on the platform? When the time comes, the person who sprays must be several ten times more than the person who has issued this supervision spray now. Therefore, from the point of view of a large company, it is not surprising that such decisions are currently made, and it is quite normal.

Facebook is not against bitcoin it is just against the advertisement on ICOs because most of the ICOs are scamming now so facebook is just against that scam because they don’t want to be the part of a scam by promoting scam ICOs with their advertisements.

I think facebook is not against bitcoin or cryptocurrency but facebook only runs the rules with the intention of protecting its users from the scam ico on the website. I hope with this rule there will be no more ads promoting ico scam.

Facebook recently received a lot of questions because of privacy issues. Everyone is worried that they will be exposed to their privacy. This is a very strange moment. Although Facebook has banned digital currency advertising, if it wants to get rid of the current situation, I am afraid that Only use encrypted digital technology to restore confidence.

This must be because facebook wants to protect the people from different scam projects that they might get into or might be in. But I guess it is depends, if everyone who's in facebook world can read or analyze the content of the project, they will understand if its a scam or not. They can possibly avoid scam.

You all know why facebook and other social media sites start to bann cryptocurrency commercial. Its because they are prepare for their own cryptocurrency. So they cant need any competitor, they have to promote their own cryptocurrencies. But thats not that bad i think. So you all know what to do. As soon as it possible, you should invest in their own cryptocurrencies. Because these currencies willb e very powerfull because they have a very wide reach. Wider then all cryptocurrencies together!

Facebook is not against bitcoin, it's more like facebook being against the scams that are being carried out with cryptocurrencies on the facebook platform so whatever decision they take on the move to ban cryptocurrencies Ads on their page it is just to protect their users from getting scammed. It is actually good for the crypto market because scams damage our image

Facebook is under pressure for the recent scandals on the use of private data, and does not want any further problems. And then, most likely it is preparing its own currency (and then it will be a problem for all crypto ...)

I think they only prohibit paid advertising, probably because of the many ico frauds, they do not want to be held liable in case the advertised coins turn out to be fraudulent.

two of the company's key advertising principles are that ads must be reliable and win people's trust. In this regard, notes on Facebook, there is no place for misleading or deceptive ads in this social network.

I think Facebook just want to avoid scamming or fraud using their platform.
Because as we know, there is pretty much a threat nowadays using scams that uses cryptos to confuse people.
Probably facebook noticed this; but also its not purely 100% against cryptos, since they made their own ico i guess.

You heard the song but got it wrong...
When people speak about cryptocurrencies, it doesn't mean that they speak about Bitcoin.
When social media companies ban ICO advertizing, it doesn't mean crypto will have no future.
