Where did that quote from OgNasty comes from? I didn't see that line in his current post.

That quote is not from me.

Correctly attributed quote:

What I don't understand is where this storage idea came from.  There are still orders that are 15 months old and haven't been delivered, yet BA is acting like they've got a warehouse full of miners and the customers aren't taking delivery.  It's ridiculous.  Charging storage fees for an item that doesn't exist takes this scam to a whole new level.  Instead of charging storage fees, they could easily ship the miner to the next customer in line.  There is no way any reasonable person would find that a company can charge storage fees for a backordered mass produced consumer product.

Og, I think the issue is that some customers are insisting on a refund and refusing delivery, which is where this issue is coming from.  So BA is forcing the delivery down their throats, so that they don't have to be liable for undelivered goods.

you are both correct I think.  This shit company is making up some bullshit to give reason to cancel orders of people they have promised refunds and are now not giving these refunds.  People do not want this shit product which starts on fire and is so late that you lose money to plug in, so BA makes up new scam to fuck people some more.

this company with its shit people never run out of scam shit to play on people.  if they were so good at building miners as fucking customers everyone would have huge piles of BTC.  Instead they have proven they are fools at building miners and fools at thinking they can make up own laws with more shit like this and ignoring consumer laws in all countries.  They are being sued in UK, this I know, and they will be losing this game now I think.  Courts will not listen to this crazy shit from this asshole credit card thief who thinks he is a genius but could not figure out how to fuck a whore if she handed him directions and map.

I know he used Moneyclaim in UK which is online claim service.  He named Alex personally as director and person that made these promises of price matching, delivery, refunds.  He has won his claim, so he says, and filed to enforce the judgement.  Alex has filed some defense and they are to meet in court again this month.

This is all I know of this case.   I will talk to this guy to get more details if people want to know.

I do know that anyone can file through Moneyclaim same sort of case, no matter if in UK or some other country.

I would like to make a claim against him. Can someone post Alex's UK contact details?

Same here. MoneyClaim has a large fee though. I wonder if we can do it as a large group? I know there's at least 22 people (from all over the world) are seeking legal action in the UK but I'm not sure of their contact details. If we all get together (including any victims from outside the UK) we could get a civil courts case going

There's a UK address for Alex Sovu here but who knows if it's still relevant.

Whats happened to minersource.net?  why are they not updating or handling this?  I still get spammed weekly with their latest miners that are apparently shipping yet my order from over a year ago, nothing!

What is their involvement with Black Arrow and are they part of the scam?   If so how is it they are still in business?  has anyone received their BA order or a refund/store credit from minersource?

I logged into my minersource account today and its says my order was fulfilled 2 months ago, but i did not get notified at the time it was marked fulfilled and have not received anything from them yet.  Theres also no tracking ID provided on their site so no way to verify if anything was sent or not.   has any other minersource customers had this happen to them? Undecided

I ordered in the UK and paid december last year on the 18th and have just received our miner source order of an X3 on the 7/01.

I did not receive any shipping/tracking details but it was received via DHL and had a notification from them when it was to be delivered, the minor source website did have shipped as the status.

However there are no LCD screens so iv'e received an incomplete product and need to email them about it.

Call me crazy, but i feel lucky i might get something delivered at last.

According to BA the X-1.5 runs 160 GH/S on 100W. If that's true i'll be looking at them for at least a couple of months (i don't have very expensive electricity).

Even with cheap power you will never have a positive ROI with them.  Your only chance would be if the value of BTC increased significantly or the difficulty plummets.

If you paid for the miners in BTC then ROI won't happen. You'll never mine back the amount of BTC you used to purchase them.

smells like bullshit. The minion is a relative power hog at 100w for 100 GH/s. There's no way they could get that down to 50W for 80 GH/s.

Chances are they'll cost you money the second you plug them in.

Package is now 5 miles from my place at a FedEx sorting centre.
Due to BlackArrow choosing economy shipment, FedEx will keep it there till January 7th before delivering...
I received the package, two boxes in one box. I unpacked one, it contained an X3.
Turned it on, configured it and it works, alas 9 months too late.
I switched it off again. (According to https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty it produces us$0.15 an hour, 1kWh cost around us$0.30 here in Holland)
Now waiting for the VAT invoice from FedEx, will be another us$165 (in Euro's) down the drain.
Some pictures:

The machine itself:

The web interface, using almost 1W per GH/s(I started selling OneStringMiner boards 9 months ago that use at least 20% less).
And notice the errors after running for just a couple of minutes:

The manual, notice the lousy images, too dark, hardly readable:

I also made a short five seconds movie to record the loud noise, but for whatever reason there is only static, so I am not posting it.

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0

It looks like it's running a bit hot.  Does the interface have a way to easily underclock the miner?  What rate and efficiency does it get with the maximum underclock?
