do you day trade or prefer a long term hold?

So I'm slowly going into crypto and I want to know if any of you trade altcoins daily, or you prefer to hold it for long term? What do you think it's better and why?

I have part of the deposit invested for a long period. And another part of the deposit I trade on the stock exchange within a day. I like to trade inside the day. Such trade gives more opportunities and earnings. But she is more risky.

 I think that hodling is better. Why? Because trading is more risky and requires a lot of time. Investing in good coins when the price is low is for me a safe and rewarding long-term strategy...

Holders have a better chance of profits in the long run, only few day traders succeed long term. If you even doubt yourself of being able to day trade, don't.

It depends to a coin that i hold.   I want to do trading because atleast my coins does circulate.  Also trading after long term hold for one coin, it is good but too risky.

If bitcoin it is, i want to hold it forever unless i need a money.  Too many coins does not gain profitable, that's why too many investors have a bad result.

I prefer to long term hold because it is less risky. We need to do a lot of research to trade in this market.
But if you invest in small amounts and wait for the right time, you are more likely to win.

Depends to alt coin you will hold for long term because there is a possible you can trade in higher price unless if you are needing money. Holding have chance to get more income.

I still prefer to invest long-term assets rather than trading coins. My reason is because I am not very able to trade coins, I prefer to wait and HODL.

i think its very dificult do daily trading anyway for its dificult and trader must be realy good and understand market well to start daily trading as so much crushes in day...dont know

i think better when you with a part of you deposit often trade, with the part of deposit hold for long. in this case, you can earn a lot of money if the coin that you kept for a long time during this period will rise in price several times and earn a living daily trade

I prefer a long term holding invest because I'm new at trading. I have not much knowledge & experience in trading. It's  safer to buy crytocurrency for long storage. Long term in better than daily trading. There is a lot of time spent on daily trading  & it's too risky.

I liked day trade very much when I was a newbie in this market, tracking the curves and traded a lot, but I found that made me very tired and I wasted a lot of time, what is more important, I did not earn too much since I sell a lot of potential coins.

I think it is safe to buy Cryptocurrencies  for long-term storage. It takes a lot of time to spend on daily business and it is very risky. But long-term business is better with daily business and you need to understand that the coins you have what kind of projects they have and how much business is.

Diversify, but don't over diversify. It is never good to have all your investment in to a single coin, it could be argued that this has worked out with certain coins, but it's a safer bet to diversify, however, don't overdo it. Diversifying too much could also be bad, holding on to too many coins will lower the potential of you making huge profits with just a few coins, as you would have more money invested in these few coins, the profits could be bigger with just a few.

When I was day trading I was mainly losing money. Now I've seen that if I hold long term instead, at some point I end up gaining. Therefore now my main strategy is long term.

I think that you do not need to look for profitable options for buying coins. and do not expect a long-term perspective in the future. Better today to trade even the same Bitcoin, because you will earn more on the difference in price than to expect Ghost incomes.

I just hold and only sell if the price has risen so much within a short period that a correction is inevitable. Not like Monero that has ""only"" tripled in price within 2 weeks, it has to be much higher than that. Why? Saves a lot of effort and time trying to lock in small profits all the time. Just looking at the charts and news once a day is enough.

Both. I have a few I hold because I believe in them. I trade with some. Until LTC has this major rally is made more from trading. LTC taking off like this means I’ve made more from holding. I’ve got burn marks from trading. But I also enjoy it even if I lost all the money
