Really? Next Bitcoin is Litecoin

I don't believe in it. It's stupid, litecoin is another bitcoin but it has some changes. It's faster and chepaer but it's not enough to replace bitcoin from the top of altcoins.

Nowadays there are a lot of work happening in the BTC development with lighting network, which became the big improvement of the network and bring more adoption, I haven't heard about similar development in LTC

Why not, I mean LTC is a great coin and I am using it for transactions, because its much more faster and safer than BTC. The problem of the market is that everything is connected to BTC and this coin does not worth 6k USD.

  I think these rumors will never come true. Because the price of a bitcoin is now much higher than Litecoin and bitcoin has taken years to get its value, it is impossible for litecoin to catch btc. I think LTC can't be the next Bitcoin. Bitcoin is still too strong to be replaced by any coin even by the LTC. Bitcoin is very trusted which makes Bitcoin very popular. It is impossible for LTC to replace it. LTC is too far away to be able to pursue Bitcoin.

Honestly, popularity does not have a business to replace the other, in fact it is all about tested, service, team, effort, advisors, and uses. It is weak reason to replace bitcoin by litecoin just because of popularity.

I agree with your statement. That nothing can now replace Bitcoin. Litecoin is also not comparable with bitcoin. It's true as you say that bitcoin is already well known to the world and is a legitimate payment. So litecoin can't now replace Bitcoin.

Litecoin is not a cryptocurrency for me. I dont see any advantages in Litecoin, it doesnt offer something new, revolutionary. It is simple copy of Litecoin.
